"The pictures were deciving. Houses are close. Has a smell. AC didn't work. Only had space heaters. Had to open windows and sewage smell can in bathroom window.Guest bed had broken box spring on left side. Had a sticky substance by back door. They didn't swipe or vacuum under coffee hutch. Cleaning crew left vacuum out plugged in in middle of floor. Shower head in master bathroom sucked it was like a 1970 head. The master bedroom door wouldn't stay shut. The guest bathroom shower door wouldn't shut. So had to hang towel over to keep shut.The best part was outside. Other than the giant piles of dog crap."

"River was gorgeous; deer roamed the woods nearby; hot tub in screened in porch was heated and ready to be used; plenty of cookware and dishes; clean and comfortable beds.Furnishing and finishings were consistent with expectations and appropriate for rental price."

"The Copperhead Lodge is a treat! Beautiful surroundings, well maintained grounds, and the guest rooms are just perfect. The restaurant serves delicious food and the staff (both hotel and restaurant) are personable and welcoming. We’ll be back to stay again for sure!"

"The cabin was beautiful, relaxing, comfortable and clean. Communication with the host was great. Being right on the river was fun, the fishing was really good. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. We would love the come back!"

"My family and I had a wonderful stay! This property is gorgeous inside and out! It is nicely furnished and very spacious. We had a few days of warm weather and then snow. The gas logs made it very cozy during the cooler temps. There are beautiful mountain and river views with a great porch to enjoy both. Trout can be seen swimming in the crystal clear water. My daughter fished for hours, catching several nice trout and we all had fun playing the games in the loft. Our host was kind, easy to communicate with and very informative about the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Toccoa River Cabin and hope to stay again, soon!"

"Very clean and organized place to stay. I would up grade furniture if it were mine. The tv upstairs was not next to an outlet but customer service was excellent. I’d stay again."

"Yes the fire place was excellent there were a few things we had to figure out. But everything was it was just appliances that we had not seen before but we had a great time and would recommend it to everyone. "
