"Brian, the host of this property, was totally amazing! Brian’s responses to any questions I had, were immediate and very friendly and professional!!! This unit is amazing!!!! Extremely clean and so super cute and very nicely decorated! The Beach Villas in Treasure Cay are a quiet and clean community! You will not be disappointed if you rent this unit!Again, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property as well as the just, Brian!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Abaco! Everything about the property was perfect. The location was fantastic and very close to the water, the home itself was beautiful, spacious, and extremely well maintained, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need.The property exceeded our expectations and made our trip even more enjoyable. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We truly had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again.Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Abaco!"

"We had a lovely stay at Doug's Ocean Villa. The location is very convenient. The villa is in the row closest to the road, but there was very little road noise, and we kept the AC running, so it didn't bother us. It is still very close to the beach and just a short, maybe 2 minute, walk to the beautiful blue water!As the Bahamas does, there were several power outages, which is absolutely no fault of any of the property owners. However, apparently when the power is out, after a while, the water pump will go out as well. Both times it happened to us were very inconvenient - the toilet needed to be flushed once, and the second time it was about 10:30 at night. My husband was able to get it restarted pretty quickly both times, but if he was not "handy" it would have been a very inconvenient situation. Doug was very quick to respond when we had any issues, so I am certain this little obstacle will be resolved very quickly as well.Outside of that we were very happy with our stay. The villa is well equipped, from beach towels to a gas grill. It was easy to cook for our crew, and we had plenty of space for 4 adults. We would stay here again."

"The Villa was charming and cozy! The beach and the view is phenomenal!! Superior communication with the host Nick! I highly recommend this cute well stocked and appointed villa! You won’t be disappointed. The little black cat that finds her home just outside is a sweetheart and her name is Cry Baby! Feed her and she’ll love you to death and entertain you while she chases crabs on the beach! Thanks so much Nick for a wonderful week!!"

"Treasure Cay was a blast. The location is a bit remote, but that isn't a bad thing as we enjoyed essentially the entire Treasure Cay beach to ourselves. The sand at the beach is like powdered sugar and the lack of surf was nice to be able to lounge in the water for hours at a time as well as not having to worry too much about the younger children in our group. The pool was a nice refresher after spending the day at the beach. We did have an issue with the fridge on check-in but Misty and her crew were right on it and took care of it right away. I do have to give a shout out to Misty as she is the most responsive owner we've every had through VRBO. If you are looking to eat out, plan ahead as some of the local places aren't always open, might close early or might not be able to acomodate larger groups. The Green Turtle Cay ferry is only a few miles from the house and Green Turtle Cay is worth checking out, especially Coco Bay where you can swim/snorkel with stingrays and turtles. Let the ferry captain know you need golf carts and they'll contact places on the island to meet you at the dock. If you are adventurous, the snorkeling in Fowl Cay was top notch. Maxwell's in Marsh Harbour has the best selection for groceries and is worth the side trip from the airport before checking in if you are heading right to the house. There is a local liquor, gas station and convenience store near the house if you don't want to travel all the way back to Marsh Harbour."
