Property is great! Room clean, amenities stocked, ample close parking, nice lake view. Internet is a little spotty, but you can walk up the hill a bit and be fine. We'll stay there again the next time we're in the area!

Stayed for the week for Dreams Park tournament. Nice, quiet little motel 10 minutes north of Cooperstown. View of Lake Otsego out of back window. My wife and I had a terrific week. Only downfall was the shower - very tiny but got the job done.

Every inch of our room from the top of the ceiling to the floor was so very clean. No cobweb's, dust increabile comfortable. Beds clean and comfy, I liked the pillows but some people might like a little firmer pillow. Nice to wake up and see the view of the lake, we even had a rainbow out our window. However if your a coffee drinker it wasn't the best coffee maker. The coffee itself was good , but it made one cup at a time, and it took forever to make it. We're hoping to make it back that way again I would love to stay there again.

My hubby and I stayed here for a week of Coopers town dream parks fun. We wanted somewhere we could just sleep. This place was perfect. The view of the lake is breathtaking. There is a coffee machine, fridge, microwave and if you ask for it they have an iron. Oh, there is also a hair dryer. Also, you have to be sure to put the sign on the door if you wanted to come back to a clean bed. If you want new towels, leave them on the floor so they know. I wish that the shower was a bit larger, I kind of felt claustrophobic. The rugs are stained. And one day I came to the room with a dirty handkerchief on our nightstand. It wasn't ours. The staff must've found it when they fixed up the bed and thought it was ours. It was gross! The Check in person was really nice and sweet. The person after wasn't too friendly, however, the housekeepers are. The microwave was clean, so was the fridge. The TV remote was difficult to use, you kind of had to press really hard and it was a little complicated. Overall, for what we paid and what we needed it for which was just for sleep. This place was perfect!

Clean and quaint motor inn.

We only stayed overnight and departed before the chickens arose the next day, but the property was clean and pleasant. The lakeside view was beautiful.

This was a gem of a place to find. It was small and lovely. The room felt like a cabin on the lake. The walk to the lake was easy and the lakefront area was perfect. The staff was lovely and so helpful and kind.

Peaceful and cute

Super cute and peaceful location! I have never stayed in a motor Lodge before, and the convenience of having your car directly outside the room is insanely nice. I can see why it was such a popular design. The room was a bit dated, but very well kept, and the mattress older but not uncomfortable. The lodge has a small private beach a short walk down the hill, and you can borrow their kayaks for free!

Staff was friendly. Property was well maintained. The only issue was the size of the shower. It’s just as small as the reviews say. It was hard for my husband to fit in the shower and he’s only 5’11.

Cozy in Cooperstown

Our room was very comfortable and clean. Double beds were great for both of us. Water in shower became increasingly hot, and that was somewhat concerning. Hostess was friendly and thorough at check-in. Will definitely return here in future trips to this area!

Peaceful Stay by the Lake

This modest motel lived up to expectations for a short stay while in Cooperstown. The room was clean and contained a small refrigerator and microwave. The property is well maintained and the view of Lake Otsego is picturesque. The property has an outdoor grill and ice machine, and just a short drive into the Village of Cooperstown provides access to restaurants and retail shopping. I would stay there again when visiting Cooperstown.

The staff was polite. However, the room smelled of old age and mildew and had a continous damp feeling. Also, the showrr was so small that it was impossible to feel entirely clean. No refunds unless canceled 10 days prior, so with no other availability in the area (Cooperstown tournament time), we were stuck. Would not recommend.
