This was perfect for us to stay after the game at Double day Field, it was clean, affordable and we could walk to get some dinner and breakfast.

No frills, furniture is a bit “tired”, but beds were comfortable, place was clean, quiet, good parking, and extremely central to everything you’d want to do in Cooperstown.

Prime Location
We loved being able to walk out the front door, turn a corner, and practically be at the steps of the Baseball Hall of Fame. Property was equivalent to any other value hotel (Holiday Inn/Comfort Inn/etc) but the ease of check in and location made this a far better option for us. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Cooperstown.

Fantastic location, clean basic room, fantastic location with the BHF a 2 minute walk, plenty of great Pubs and Restaurants to choose from around the Hotel.

Cooperstown weekend
We were very happy with the location, cleanliness, amenities and cost of the facility. We were able to park and walk to all the locations that we wanted to see. This is a very lovely village filled with friendly people who were welcoming and able to assist us in our stay. I would highly recommend the Hotel Pratt to anyone who would like to see the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum and other area attractions.

Nice room very clean property . Not many amenities a box of tissues in the room would have been nice . A little pricey but an excellent location .

Angi and CJ are excellent hosts, good communication re the property and check-in (easy!) Gave is advice on the area. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at tbe Pratt and Cooperstown!

Loved the facility and super location walking to everything down town. I highly recommend this property and it’s owners for a perfect stay. I would stay here again in a heart beat..

Best Location!
Exactly as photos show! Very clean. Comfortable beds. Parked our car and never moved it till we left, everything is a short wake. Everyone was so friendly. Great pub just across the street, with good food. Will definitely be returning 🙂

October Stay
Wonderful location, REALLY peaceful but of course I went in October. Being a baseball fan, it was TRUELY wonderful to wake up and walk to Doubleday Field and Hall of Fame within minutes. I was able to walk all over town, located near wonderful places to eat. Very easy to get to the location/property. Room was very comfortable. Also a short walk from the lake as well. Worth the stay.

My son and I both had Baseball Hall of Fame Museum on our bucket lists, for his 40th birthday we decided to do it. This property is so centrally located, not only to the museum but to the heart of Cooperstown. The main building is located behind the old Pratt Hotel, which provided free parking.(We never needed our car) The room was very clean and quiet. Would highly recommend.

First time I was nervous see if I choose wrong place but NOT! End up was so beautiful and very comfortable place to stay even go walk to downtown. Feeling stress free. I highly recommend to take this place.

My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend return trip to Cooperstown. This was our first stay in town and we enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance of the Baseball Hall of Fame and the rest that Downtown Cooperstown has to offer. Highly recommend this property!

Great downtown experience
This is a perfect place to stay to experience Cooperstown and the Baseball HOF. It was so nice to be steps from everything this exquisite, small town has to offer. The place was extremely clean and quiet and the off street parking made everything so convenient. Besides the downtown shops and restaurants, we discovered Origins Cafe and Red Shed Brewing which were also fantastic!

The stay was perfect. It was close to EVERYTHING especially the BHF. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The host contacted us the day of arrival to review the check in process and everything was as pictured! Clean and close! Highly recommend and next time we are in Cooperstown- this is where we will stay again!
