At the heart of the home, you have the brilliant large family kitchen with island bench, dishwasher and gourmet oven, which connects to the spacious main living room as well as the extra large sun filled deck. With airconditioning throughout, including the bedrooms, with extra features including full laundry and modern designer bathrooms, the home is set well back off the street ensuring peace and quiet.
