This lakefront home with beautiful views of Sailboat bridge and a close drive to restaurants, shopping, casinos and more. This house is just what you need for a perfect escape or family vacation. This 3-bed/2 bath house in Grove, Ok. has it all! Lakefront property with a large fenced yard, just walk out the gate to the ramp and enjoy your private swim dock. Fenced in yard also makes it convenient to bring your furry friend to play and swim too! With 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, guests will have a terrific night's sleep. The property also features 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and all the shower necessities so no need to pack yours. The living room includes 2 couches (extra sleeping spaces), electric fireplace, and a full kitchen and dishwasher and refrigerator. AC and heating ensure a comfortable stay. Additional amenities include access to a single person kayak, 2- stand up paddle boards with oars, beach towels and outdoor charcoal grill. We love the sunsets and view of sailboat bridge and are sure you will too!
House is close to town and wolf creek park for bigger boat launches and fish tournaments and other events. Boat and jet ski rentals options available at sailboat bridge and other grand lake areas, both or either is perfect for use with your private swim dock and boat tie ups. Perfect swimming cove for relaxing and sunshine is just what you need.
