"This hotel is an easy 5 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens, and van easy walk to Vesterbro, Nyhavn, shopping in Stroget. The continental breakfast has many delicious choices, from crepes with milk or dark chocolate, or jam, to robust breads, eggs, meats (even liver pâté!), Danish cheeses, croissants, fresh fruit amd yogurts!"

"Great location for Copenhagen. Modern hotel. We were there for 4 nights. Only negative was no room service (even to empty the bin). "

"Hotel is beautiful! The plus is having taxis outside and ready to go at all times. The only thing that bothered me was when I checked into my room there was no bath towels. Not a huge problem went downstairs to grab three because I’m also traveling with my husband. The representatives told me no that I can only have two towels. I asked if I could pay for the extra towel, but again the answer is no. Personally this sucks because I’m a guest at the hotel and a woman with long hair. I just needed one extra towel, I really don’t see an issue. Nonetheless I had a great stay and got to eat some great food."

"Nice cheap and cheerful hotel. Room was compact but had everything you need. Shower was not the best and toilet was bit too cramped into the corner for me to sit comfortably. Great central location by tivoli, central station and the 5c bus stop to and from the airport. Good lockers for storage of luggage in secure place but they are paid for which I was not expecting. Room had no air con and on an unusually sunny warm day it was very hot in the room. Window barely opened so just had a fan or something. Instead I opted for a cold shower and left window open all day and night."

"This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Copenhagen. Great staff, friendly and helpful and a delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options. The hotel is in a great area, walkable to many sights. Our only negative was the shower, although it was very large, there was only a small glass panel on one side, the water from the shower splashed everywhere, the floor remained very wet until late in the next day. I feel very sorry for the cleaning staff and all the work involved in keeping the bathroom clean. It's an easy fix if the shower glass wall was longer to protect the rest of the bathroom from all the water. You definitely need to bring your water shoes to this hotel. Other than the bathroom shower we would highly recommend this hotel!! "

"Lovely hotel with good atmosphere , staff friendly and helpful, had to ask. Few times for more te an coffee in the room, should explain that you have to pay extra to use hot tub as part of massage areas "

"The property is great !!! Unfortunately, the only negative was a lot of construction .we could hear a lot of noise through the walls all day long !!!"
