Hotel Nyhavn 63 is great value for money and in the perfect location to explore Copenhagen. The rooms and bedding were spotless and extremely comfortable. The check in process is really easy.

Absolutely perfect location you can walk from this location to anywhere in Copenhagen. This location was absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this hostel/hotel . Very much enjoyed my stay here. I did get a 1 bed room. ( it’s a little bit more expensive, but I enjoy my own space.) this hotel is not marked very well on the street and is set back in an ally-way . I occasionally would see people out on the walk way pacing back-and-forth, trying to find it and I would point them in the direction. Please notice my video I tried to make it easy. This hostel it’s very clean.. The shower area is very clean and is cleaned every day thoroughly as well as the toilet room. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends. cheers! 🏴‍☠️⏳🏴‍☠️

It’s basically a shared dorm but your bed area is locked. If you’re backpacking you can just keep your bag in the capsule with you. Towels need to be rented though, so either prepare to pay for one or bring your own. It was basically exactly as advertised! Staff at the front desk were nice, and you can order stuff there like coffee or hot chocolate. That’s also where you can get towels.

Best location. Amazing receptionist iman, she’s wonderful. Room not so great especially room 106! You can hear everything I think it’s the thin wall and The creeky floor… was awake till 4am! But the reception iman transferred me to a better room. Thanks to her. If your not bothered with the noise this is your place but if sleep is important to you well not ideal. But if you’re in the budget go for it! It’s lovely building very historic, just the thin wall and creeky floors.

Amazing location and one of the cheapest accommodation around. Only problem we had was the capsules getting way too hot but we brought a fan and left the door to the capsule cracked overnight and that improved it alot

Fun inexpensive stay in the heart of Copenhagen

Hotel Nyhavn63 is a hostel in a fantastically fun part of Copenhagen. There is not much in the way of service (have to rent towels, and most rooms do not have their own shower). We got a private room with a shower and toilet, which was spacious but no-frills. The building is very interesting and there is an Asian fusion restaurant on the premises that is FANTASTIC! There is also a small bar with limited items. But outside there is a world of food and drink in the part of Copenhagen once frequented by sailors on leave...

Great location.

Great location. Difficult for me to find. The fellow at the reception was not helpful and felt smug and arrogant. My Danish friend spoke to him and felt that he was tired of working in the tourist industry and that led to his arrogance. I asked about a room with private bath and the price he gave me was the price of the room online, without factoring in that I already had paid for a room for two nights. The bathrooms were a pain, but otherwise my room was fine.

Budget friendly, good find!

Really great location, in lively Nyhavn with water taxis, metros, bike rental all close by. Our only real issue was that the cleanliness of the place overall was lacking. Expectations of cleanliness with shared bathroom/shower facilities are generally low, these were about what you'd expect. This does not reflect the effort of staff however, who were clearly doing what they could. We didnt experience any issues with noise, its a very busy area so if you expect silence then thats on you. Bed was comfortable enough, pillows actually very comfortable! A good little budget friendly option. I'm sure the wealthy owner could spring for some more staff salaries - got to be making a fortune out this place, people crammed in everywhere!

The building is amazing, the room itself was spacious but the mattress was very thin, not suitable for a stay longer than one night. The lockers didn't work and there was no one that could help us at the time we arrived unfortunately.
