Had everything I needed for my stay with bed, fridge, microwave, TV and shower. It was perfect for a home base with the essentials while I spent my time exploring the city. The hotel was inexpensive and the added breakfast in the morning was fantastic to get the day started without worrying about finding a cafe to eat in the morning.

It was the most affordable we could find. It was ok place to stay. Small quarters as expected, big shopping center next door, great for food access, plus metro station also super close. Microwave and hot water pot in room, kitchen on another floor. Nice spacious lounge area. Maintenance/ engineering responded promptly to a concern (not a fault of Cabinns)

Very small room, no ceiling lamp, the room hadnt been cleaned, there was still things from previous visitor, the bathroom is incredibly small, the toilet is up against the shower. The pictures do not show the bathroom, i dont recommend the hotel, too pricy for such low quality.

Okay beds, office table, storage & kitchen in the Studio Apartment, not very well cleaned dishes and cutlery for the kitchen, didn't have kitchen detergent for washing up ourselves, though i could likely have asked for this in the lobby but we didn't need much for 3 night stay.

We liked the proximity to the mall, metro and train. We did not like the shower. There was no door or separation on the shower floor, so shower water backed all the way up to the toilet. Maybe we were in a handicap suite?

My only issue was that I booked at the wrong Cabinn, but that's more of a 'me' problem. I wanted to stay at the one that was closer to Central station. Apparently I'm not the first one to make this mistake, but something to be aware of. 😉 The room was tiny, but clean, safe, comfortable and really all we needed.

I found the bathroom too small. The shower wasn't self contained and every time I took a shower the whole bathroom floor was wet. The plastic chairs were very uncomfortable. The bed was arranged such that the side of the bed was against a wall rather than the headboard being against the wall. This made the bed feel cramped for two people.

I went to the front desk to get ice and the front desk clerk was having a conversation with another employee and I had to interrupt for her to acknowledge me I then asked if she could get me some ice and she stated that she was to busy so I had to go to the conference room and get the ice myself. I was not a priority and was clearly an inconvenience to her. My wife told me that I should speak with a manager about the service that I did not receive but did not want the rest of my trip to be hindered because your employee did not want to assist a PAYING CUSTOMER. This was my first time traveling abroad and had nothing but bad experiences with customer service.
