Very nice hotel, in a quiet neighborhood, near the cruise ship port. Friendly staff, lots of choices to eat at the breakfast buffet. We had a very large and clean room. We would stay there again.

The hotel is very nice and a lovely place to stay. Very conveniently next to a metro station that will take you into central Copenhagen. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

I also like to stay at Comwell Portside. Although at my last trip I had no sope in the room, no hand sope or in the shower and I had to switch rooms. And this time and blow dryer did not work, very unfortunate when it was getting late and honestly I didn't wanted to go down and maybe again be asked to move to another room, so I had to do without. It's small things but just not too great when there is a new small thing each time. Other than that, I am very happy with the hotel and the staff and rooms.

I paid right much to get upgrade to the suit. Unfortunately even though there was no cleaning at all. The front desk told me I need scan the QR code on screen for ordering a cleaning. I did it when I left the room around noon, but they did not clean the room, and finally blame me I did order it too late! It’s purely ridiculous! Furthermore from the room the guest has no way to reach the hotel personal by any means. If the guest encountered emergency, he/she could do is by using own mobile phone to call city emergency service. This is a big safety faulty of this hotel! I will never stay in this chain hotels!

Lækker ankomst til et stort og åbent lobby område med plads til mennesker der sad og snakkede eller spillede spil osv. Man mærker straks en god og afslappet atmosfære. Hyggelig og kompetent modtagelse i receptionen. Lækkert værelse (5305) med god og generøs indretning. Dejligt garderobe område, med god plads til to personers bagage. Godt indrettet badeværelse med en GOD størrelse badekar! Hurtig adgang til metrostation med kort rejsetid til mange centrale steder i København og nem busforbindelse til Hellerup. Der er begrænset parkering på hotellet, men der er masser af plads indenfor kort afstand i et p-hus.
