"Location (short walk to airport), staff super helpful, "family room" with 8 beds and 2 baths awesome, breakfast great. The bummers were 1) could not turn temp down to comfortable at night, 2) lights in the room were so dim made it hard to see things, 3) no shampoo or soap in showers."

"The bath/shower was tough to figure out and did not work great. Tub was very slippery and the step out very dangerous. Other than that we loved our stay at the Tivoli."

"The hostel has a lot of activities and breakfast snd dinner are served for a fee. Most useful for me was the laundry room, but a lot of waiting for washer and dryer to be available I was hoping to leave a bag while I continued travelling, but they only hold one for a day Could not find anywhere in Copenhagen to leave a bag for over a week, so had to lug it around with me. The bar has good beer."

"The rooms are clean. No amenities in the room ( coffee, soap, shampoo) The front desk quoted a fixed 450 DKK price to the cruise terminal. Disappointed to find out while on the taxi that there is no fixed price. It cost me 622DKK for 30 min ride. That’s the only issue I have about the staff."

"Staff is wonderful. Always there and ready to answer questions and make recommendations. We had a problem with our room ac not working well and were immediately moved to another room. Breakfast is very good."
