What we enjoyed most was the unique architecture and the location. Splurge for a water view and you have something or someone to watch all day. You are truly close to so many restaurants, shops and the Royal palace. Take advantage of the boat tour the hotel offers. It was our best stay in two weeks and three countries!

Everything was great, location amazing, etc. however pillows a bit lumpy, couldn't get a/c to work very well (maybe it's rare to need AC). And felt they could have had a better offer on the use of the hotel bikes - have to pay a full day rate even if you just want to go out for an hour. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was excellent with suggestions on where to dine, how to get around the city and ease of checking out. The facility was well maintained and the location superb. We had a room with a view of the harbor which was delightful to look out on. Our room was very narrow and the space between the foot of the bed and the wall was narrow and hard to maneuver, suggesting getting a larger room. Breakfast buffet was extensive and the adjoining room which looked out to the harbor was delightful. A very lovely experience.

The room was smaller than expected but very comfortable bed. It was very clean. The on- site restaurants were exceptional especially breakfast. Expensive but great quality. The beams present in the room really added to the ambiance. Its location in the centre of the city can’t be best. With the splurge if you are used to a little less.
