Perfect location! Norreport metro entrance is about 50 yards from the hotel, and is a central metro location, but also walkable to bakeries, food courts, Rosenborg Castle, etc. Room was clean and had every amenity we needed. The check-in and check-out process were both easy, and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel is in a perfect location next to the Central tram station and close to great food halls, cafés and king's gardens. The staff is very friendly, and the rooftop bar offer excellent views. The rooms are small but functional, with clean, spacious showers.

Perfect for a long weekend or business with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast had a wide selection all of which was high quality and fresh. Roof top bar was perfect for drinks and relaxing. Trip from the airport via the tram took you door to door quicker and cheaper than a taxi and having the metro and train station on your doorstep gave you a lot of flexibility. Would definitely stay again.

The room is clean and the toilet is spacious (shower area, change area, sink area and 🚽) . I cannot comment on the breakfast because I need to leave early for the train. The roof terrace is inviting. This hotel has no parking area for guests arriving by car/taxi/rideshare. Their entrance is a narrow double doors which you have to pull open. You enter a small vestibule with elevators. Reception is on the 6th floor, which is basically a desk attached to the bar. Very tight. Imagine having to lug 5 pieces of luggage from the nearest parking spot 70 yards away, on the cobblestone walway, in the pouring rain and then pile them up into the elevator. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in time (4:00pm). You store your luggage in a room at your own risk. No tags given. Someone can easily grab yours intentionally, or by mistake. King size room pretty small. Staff were nice and friendly. That's about it. If you travel light and planning on taking the train, this hotel might be a good choice as the Norreport station is across the street. Otherwise, book elsewhere.

The hotel was excellent, very well situated for our visit to the city. The staff, breakfast offering and facilities were excellent. The room was very comfortable. Every member of staff we dealt with provided the best customer service really added to our enjoyment of the trip.
