Bei der Lage des Hotels (außerhalb der Innenstadt) sollte man erwarten, dass der hauseigene Fahrradverleih sich zumindest an den Preisen der Fahrradverleiher im Stadtgebiet anpasst. Hier einen deutlich höheren Preis zu verlangen ist nicht gerade kundenfreundlich! Also besser nicht im Hotel mieten.

Freundliches Personal, früherer Check-in war möglich, großes Zimmer. Leider bei 3 Übernachtungen keinerlei Reinigung, obwohl vorher extra besprochen. Duschkabine sehr klein, Toilettensitz locker, Fußboden machte Geräusche. Parkplatz war kostenlos und Tagsüber mit ausreichend Parkflächen verfügbar.

Posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione a due fermate dalla stazione principale. La colazione non ci ha soddisfatto molto, ma sono gusti personali. Nel complesso è varia, c'é sia dolce che salato. Le stanze sono abbastanza pulite, asciugamani cambiati anche ogni giorno se richiesto ovviamente. Le lenzuola in una settimana sono state cambiate due volte. Il sabato la pulizia è stata molto approssimativa, non abbiamo capito il motivo. Nel conplesso la consiglio solo per la posizione. Il resto non mi ha entusiasmato molto.

Die Lage des Hotels war recht gut als Ausgangspunkt für einen Tag in Kopenhagen. Wir haben uns Fahrräder gemietet die mit 350 DKK für einen Tag nicht ganz günstig waren, allerdings ist das Fahrradnetz in der Stadt so gut, dass wir damit gut vorankamen und viel gesehen haben. Die Räder waren soweit auch ganz gut in Schuss. Das Zimmer war recht zweckmäßig allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Von schmierigen Fliesen, schimmeligen Fugen in der Dusche, ein mit Dreck verstopfter Wasserhahn sodass das Wasser nur in mehreren einzelnen Strahlen rauskam, fremde Haare auf der Bettwäsche… alles Dinge die dazu führten dass wir uns dort nicht wirklich wohlgefühlt haben. Letztlich haben wir uns ja aber dort nur zum schlafen aufgehalten. Das Frühstück, im Preis inbegriffen, war, primär wegen der Belegung des Hotels sehr voll, chaotisch und laut. Kulinarisch hat uns das auch, trotz recht großer Auswahl, nicht abgeholt. Es gab nur eine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee-Mischgetränken (Latte, Cappuccino etc.), das Rührei hatte eine sehr seltsame Konsistenz und alles war sehr auf Masse gemacht. Alles in allem, und wir wissen dass Kopenhagen eine teure Stadt ist, empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als nicht angemessen.

Alles in allem sehr zufrieden. Umgebung ist jetzt nicht so schön, dafür aber direkt an der Bahn gelegen. Gutes Frühstück (kein Kaffeetempel) und saubere Zimmer (Familienzimmer). Minigolf und Kicker kostenlos, so dass die Kinder in den kurzen Pausen zufrieden waren. Würden wieder dort übernachten.

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen guten Preis. Die Anbindung in der Nähe der Straßenbahn ist sehr praktisch und man ist damit in 10 Minuten vom Hotel am Hauptbahnhof. Die Frühstückszeiten sind nur bis 9:30 Uhr, was zu einem ziemlichen Gedränge zu den Stoßzeiten von 8:30-9:30 führt. Zudem sollte man über die Waffel-Maschine nachdenken. Die Wartezeiten sind hier zu lang (teilweise 30-45 Minuten). Entweder man stellt einen zweite Maschine bereit oder legt fertige Waffeln am Buffet aus. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat eine sehr gute Anbindung an den Regionalverkehr. Das Zentrum ist somit problemlos erreichbar. Es gibt allerdings eine recht späte Eincheckzeit (16.00 Uhr). Selbst wer um 15.00 Uhr auf das Zimmer möchte, zahlt ca. 30 Euro. Das Frühstück ist gut bis sehr gut, das Personal allerdings nicht immer besonders höflich.

Fantastisk indtjekning. Mange overnattende gæster - slet ikke styr på morgenbuffet - der manglede alt fra tallerkner til rugbrød - alt for dårligt af et hotel med den standard

Bra!

Personalen i receptionen var supertrevliga! Personalen i restaurangen och baren kändes allmänt stressiga och vi fick känslan av att de blev irriterade på vissa gäster. Kortterminalerna fungerade sådär så de mesta fick skrivas upp på rummet. Vi fick tur i oturen rummet närmast receptionen. De var väldigt lyhört. Hissarna var precis utanför och man hörde väldigt tydligt alla gäster som gick förbi. Smidigt att gå till tågstationen och betala 30:- för att ta sig in till centrum två stationer bort.
