Attracted by modern design and the luxury of a full kitchen travellers also love the big windows and the digital self check-in process. The spacious bathroom with beautiful tiles, comfortable kingsize bed, high quality fold out sofabed and a separate dining space makes this a very popular one-bedroom apartment in the middle of the city.
The Space:
This is out first project to build from the bottom up so we finally got it just as we know you want it. In close collaboration with local design heroes Indretningsfabrikken we finished these 12 beautiful and diverse apartments in July and August 2020 with a bold and functional bright Scandinavian design. Just a 5 minute walk from Tivoli, the town hall square and the central station this is as central as it gets in Copenhagen and still just a few steps from the perfect weekend stroll around the lush city lakes.
A TOUR OF THE APARTMENT
In a residential building on Dahlerupsgade the apartments are situated on the third and fourth floor all with access to the small elevator. From the bright hallway you will use your digital code to enter the apartment through the private entrance.
The entrance area has plenty of space for storing suitcases and overcoats.
To your left is the the nice and spacious bathroom is with beautiful stone tiles and a spacious shower with hot water that never runs out.
Further down the hallway is a high table with 2 bar chairs great for breakfast, work space or keeping up with the cooking in the full kitchen right across from the table.
Through a door further down the hallway a well sized dinner table for 4 and a 43" flatscreen TV with Apple TV and free Netflix.
The first thing that meets your eye meets in the livingroom are the huge panoramic windows delivering lots of daylight to the big open living and sleeping space. The couch is a high quality queensize fold out sofabed from Innovation.
Behind the beautiful glass wall the comfortable kingsize (180x200cm) bed with a pillow selection and warm duvets. There is no fresh air window in the bedroom.
The Neighborhood:
Just a five minute walk from Tivoli, the town hall square and the central station this is as central as it gets in Copenhagen and still just a few steps from the beautiful inner city lakes.
Established in the 17th century as defences the five lakes are now many locals favourite breathing space. A stroll around the different lakes will take you to the many diverse quarters of Copenhagen with multiple possible stops for great coffee and more.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy as the new Metro city circle line stops at the Town Hall square and will take you to almost all the interesting places of the city within minutes.

My sister and I originally booked this apartment for the two of us. My husband decided to join us for a couple of days and I thought it would feel too small for three people, but the space is so well designed that it was just fine. The kitchen was a welcome asset. Both the bed and the pull out couch bed were very comfortable. The king size bed is quite soft and the couch bed was relatively firm so there's an option for both tastes. Alex was very responsive to emails, no matter the time of day, and a good source for local information. I highly recommend this rental.
This place is exactly as described. We loved the location, super easy to get to the main bus route that stops at all the tourist areas. While it does have bed space for more than 2 people, with the pullout couch fully pulled out, you lose all your living room area, so it might be tight but there was only 2 of us so it was perfect. The fan in the bedroom was great and the windows opened for some fresh air. The elevator is tight but helps to not walk up 4 flights of stairs everytime you return or with all your luggage. Only complaint was the laundry was super convenient on our floor but there was no detergent available in our apartment or in the laundry room. Luckily there's a grocery store a block away we bought some and left it for the next folks. We did use the dryer to dry our jackets one day after an extended rain storm as well so definitely nice to have. Cleaning crew was there promptly at 11 so don't overstay your welcome. We went downstairs to dispose of the trash as instructed before leaving at about 10:56 and returned to people trying to enter the unit. Obviously we were packed and ready to go so it wasn't an issue but good to be aware. Would love to stay here again!

Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Seen ist großartig. Alles andere was CPH ausmacht ist gut erreichbar. Und diese Wohnung mit ihrer Einrichtung ist genau das Richtige für uns als "Erwachsene" Familie.
