Fantastic villa with large garden! Only 20 minutes by bike from the center of KBH.

The house is located on a quiet and pleasant residential street, within walking distance of public transport, shopping, cafes, and restaurants. Inside, the house is bright, spacious, and open, with a large double living room that flows naturally into the open kitchen. This creates a lovely common area with space for both daily life and socialising.

On the ground floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom, providing a natural division between the lively activity on the ground floor and the peace and privacy upstairs.

The garden is a storey in itself. It is large and green, featuring a patio, a trampoline, and a greenhouse, all of which are available for free use. There is plenty of space here for relaxation, play, and long summer evenings.
Living here offers a unique opportunity to experience the classic villa idyll on the outskirts of Copenhagen, where the city’s pulse, green spaces, and nature are all close by—and everyday life feels a little easier.

NOTE: There’s a cat in the house that needs to be taken care of while you’re staying here :-)
