It was central to a bunch of other nearby places on our list to visit and centrally located in the town. Massimo was a great host and very communicative and helpful throughout our stay as well as during our trip planning process. Nice walk to the historical center of Lecce with wonderful restaurants and strolling in the old city. "This is an amazing property. The photos do not do it justice. The owners are very nice and the area was spectacular. After touring most of the heel of the boot we found the best place was Torre Suda. Thankful they accepted our very last minute reservation!"

"This villa worked great for our family of 9, with the separate bedroom and other rooms arranged around the courtyard. The pool was nice, and everything is secure within the walls so no worries about the kids playing on their own. It is in the middle of nowhere, but a short drive to a couple of towns with restaurants and shopping, and easy day trips to Otranto, Lecce, and numerous beaches."

"When we first arrived we were greeted by our hosts, Salvatore and Rosie. They were so delightful and welcoming despite our lack of common language. Then you see the property which was simply beautiful, homely but also elegant. The location was so central we managed to explore so much in just a few days and still had time to relax by our lovely private pool and garden. "A great little house for a beach holiday two stunning beaches within walking distance - shops a restaurants too. Air-con was useful, especially at night. The beach is 10-15 minutes walk but worth it. The water is crystal clear - turquoise and warm!"

"Everything was adequate but based on reviews we were expecting more and didn't get it. Location is good but the sound proofing, bed and breakfast are all average. Also a couple of small things like the cable tv not working and not having beach towels were disappointing"

"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."
