Guests will check in and retrieve key cards and parking tags at the front desk after 4:00 PM, but before 10:00 PM. Temporary parking is available at the lodge entrance while retrieving keys. The parking garage is located underground at Copper Springs Lodge, and your room key will grant you access.

Important Parking Information: Please note that the garage height is 7 ft 4 in. If your vehicle exceeds this height, please let us know before your stay. We can arrange a parking pass for the lot across the street for your dates. If we are not informed in advance, you may be required to pay for alternate parking.

Please note that only one vehicle per unit is permitted in the garage at a time. Any vehicle registered or parked outside of the designated check-in and check-out times will incur a $250 fine.

-No pets are allowed.
-Coffee pods are not included.
-Hot tub spa hours may vary depending on the season. Please reach out to verify if they will be open during your stay.
