"Nice restaurant for meals. Stayed two nights at the end of our vacation to Fiji. Very accommodating as our flight did not leave until 10 pm. and they welcomed us to store our bags and let us enjoy the pool and facilities while we waited for our complimentary shuttle bto the very nearby airport. Would recommend to others for a transit stay."

"For a Hilton brand we felt it was a little lacking in standard of service for the money. The staff were great but seemed to lack a little direction at times . Probably look at other options the next time we come to Fiji for the money we spent."

"The location is beautiful and the staff are lovely people, however, the amenities were not as advertised. Most things (gym, laundry, glass boat, water slide, restaurants, ice cream parlour) were not working, or they were unavailable. I wish I had known beforehand so I could have planned better. It is kid-friendly, and the pool was great, but there was not much else in terms of activities for the kids. There is an obvious ownership or management issue and I wish the staff had better conditions to do their best because they are beautiful and talented people. Staff does a great job with what they have to work with and were the highlight of the stay. We heard from others who had stayed here before that things weren’t the same and I hope this resort can live up to its potential again because it is a beautiful place. "

"Overall, a really nice stay, but if we’d known how isolated it was, we might have chosen somewhere closer to the marina for easier access to tours and dining options. Detailed: The room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. Cleaning was good, although we had to request fresh towels a couple of times as they weren’t replaced daily. The air conditioning worked, but didn’t cool the room enough to feel fully comfortable. We still felt a bit warm even with the fans & AC on. The staff were a highlight, always friendly, smiling, and happy to help. Breakfast had a good variety of options, but they started packing things up about 20–30 minutes before the official closing time. The same happened with dinner, where shows started late and kitchen service wrapped up earlier than expected, so you had to arrive early to avoid missing out. The pool area and pool bar were great ☺️clean, well maintained, and a lovely spot to relax, especially with shaded areas during the hottest part of the day. One thing to keep in mind is the LOCATION. The hotel is quite far from the main marina, and there are no nearby restaurants. Unless you book tours through the hotel or hire a car, you’ll likely spend most of your time on the resort. The boat transfer staff were always kind and helpful, which made getting across easy."
