The hotel was very clean and cozy overall, and the staff were all very friendly, which made our stay very satisfying. We had three people in the room, so it was a bit inconvenient that there was only one chair, but aside from that, everything exceeded our expectations. I was very pleased with both the service and the condition of the hotel, and it was a stay worthy of a 5-star rating.

Our room smelled like old cooked food, there were the previous guests' food left in the fridge and there was hair in the shower. The bed was very firm and the pillows were not supportive. There was trash left in the hallway. The staff was friendly, but you could tell they were stretched thin. The breakfast area was clean and it was good.

Great parking and check-in experience. Rooms were clean and ready when we arrived. Large open area and bathroom facilities. Breakfast was very good with a large range of options from hot food to muffins, apples, etc. Would stay again and recommend to others! Thanks!!
