Detached house on 2 levels comprising a kitchen/living room (wood stove), a laundry room (fridge, freezer and washing machine), a bathroom (shower and WC), a living room. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 single bed 90x190 cm / 2 double beds 140x190 cm), a mezzanine (1 double bed 140x190 cm) closed by a curtain, separate WC with hand basin. Reinforced Green Up socket for electric car (paid access). Carport for 1 car and private outdoor parking for 2 cars. Detached country house, next to the owners' house, benefiting from a large flat plot with an unobstructed view of the massif, on the edge of the GRP Tour de Chartreuse leading to St Pierre d'Entremont, a commercial village. Private outdoor space with deckchairs and a table for lunch. No internet connection (technical constraints) but 4G coverage.
