Perfect for my family!!

This home was perfect in every way possible! We stayed for a long weekend with an infant, young children and teenagers. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping space, large bathrooms and the kitchen was my favorite room!! Everything I needed to prepare all of our meals and plenty of dishes/cutlery. Clean with convenient access to a little bit of everything

Large lovely home with a dedicated host. We appreciated the clear check in checkout process, and proximity to downtown Corbin (home of the pokemon ice cream sundae ), Laurel River Lake, and the amenitites of the home itself; tv, pool, games. We were able to experience R&R, Nature, and small town fun with great ease.

Beautiful property, gorgeous views, quiet, relaxing.

We had a family reunion with our 3 children, 3 grandchildren and my wife's mother. There was plenty of space inside and outside so we never felt crowded. We celebrated my mother in law's 93rd birthday while there. The pool looked pristine, but it was a little cool for me to go swimming.

Spacious home with beauty inside and out

This home is amazing! It is not only beautiful, but very spacious. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and were able to see the sunset! It was also fun to relax and play some pool. Due to our schedule, we were only able to stay one night, which is the only drawback as we would have loved to stay longer!!

Beautiful home with everything you may need

This was the best vacation home we could’ve asked for. We had two teenagers, kids, and a toddler, and there were playpens, baby gates, and a crib, which made packing much lighter for us. The host, Billie, is so thoughtful! She made sure that you have everything you may need from beach towels, to pool toys, to board games. The house was very clean. The pool was amazing and she even came to make sure that the pool was clean during our stay. She also checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything when we were there. The house is beautiful and so is the view from the porch! we will definitely be booking here again!

Home away from home

The pictures and description of this rental did not do it justice! The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful country like view 5 mins from town. There is a play gym and large yard as well as the large pool. The huge deck has a large table,chairs, grill, swing, and pool floats and toys and plenty of beach towels for guests. Easy check-in thanks to the detailed instructions. The huge kitchen was completely furnished and an open layout. Spacious bedroom with big beds. All 3 bathrooms where supplied with shampoo,conditioner, body wash, facial wipes, tp, hand soap and towels. There is a tv and roko in every room. The game room had a nice pool table, poker table, many boardgames as well as a tote of toys. Something for everyone! The master is private, tub was perfect, and a private toliet and stand up shower. They even left a box fan in the walk in closet. Perfect place for big families! Crib, high chair, potty seat, and toy! Stocked laundry room was a huge plus too! I didnt have any issues trying to contact owners and they always responded quickly! I would highly recommend this renter and property. My only problem with our stay was... It wasnt long enough!!

Weekend reunion stay

Very beautiful place, nice quiet neighborhood, even had a good view off the deck, pool was clean, and the game room with the pool table and card table and the games they had there made it very easy to have amazing weekend will definitely be staying there again in future

Glorious, obviously loved property

This home exceeded our expectations in all ways! There was so much room for conversations, board games, and even work. The kitchen was huge and well appointed. Beds were great, linens soft, and everything was fresh and clean. We were in Corbin for a funeral, with familt coming from all over the country. This space gave all present the opportunity to visit, and take private time when needed. Thank you, Bobbie, for your hospitality and care.

Cockroach Infestation!

The first morning my sister-in-law woke to find a couple small cockroaches in the shower on the lower level. We called the owner. She stated that the previous guests must have brought them since they had made quite a mess. She brought insecticide and reported that she called the exterminator who would come later in the day. We were not there and do not know if that happened. The owners put some roach traps in the kitchen. We probably should have demanded a refund that day but believed her that she had not ever had problems. The second morning another was seen in the kitchen. During the night my cousin found several cockroaches in the bathroom on the main level, he sprayed with insecticide left by the owner. In the morning my husband found 40-50 roaches in the kitchen we contact her again. She was at the door in minutes and was upset. She stood the kitchen while my sister-in-law was sweeping up the dead roaches we had sprayed and killing the roaches coming out from around the refrigerator and stove. She offered to find us another place to stay. We quickly packed up and left. Shortly after we left she send a picture and text that the house was officially uninhabitable. She did find us a small place without any of the amenities that we had planned on. We asked for 3 nights to be refunded for the trauma and and lost food. She gave us $100 for the food we lost and lamented about how upset she was and how she would not be able to get any restitution! What a nightmare this place is
