"We chose this spot as it was located centrally across from the famous Cheateau de Vizille and close to the local cafés. The apartment was clean and quiet and had a washer AND dryer, which was great as we have been travelling for weeks and often had to dry our laundry by hanging it. "We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in the Alps. The rooms are simple , but very clean and well maintained. The owners are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent – very close to the ski slopes and shops, which makes everything convenient and easy. The breakfast was good, fresh, and a great start to the day before skiing. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and well-located hotel in the Alps. We would happily come back again."

"Horrible place to stay. Could not sleep 1 single night. Very loud and walls have no isolations you can hear every door in thewhole building. Crappie beds and poor cleaning. We only get our room cleaned 1 and that was after we asked. No clean towels, no place to sit in your room. No table. Elevator ( tiny for 4 people) was broken and our room was in the fifth floor. .. Poor breakfast as well. Stay away from this place!"

"Arrived early 1pm room was however available . If we wanted to use it early we needed to pay 15 euros which we did as it had snowed and was cold . Check in is not until 5pm and you have to check out by 10 am , not even 24 hours ! Room was cold 17 degrees radiator did not work air conditioning unit inadequate for size of room . No tea / coffee facilities in room . Breakfast not included . We were moved to another room which was much warmer . However tap in bath was loose and shower leaked all over the side . Ate in the restaurant steak was tough and chips overcooked and dry . Staff were pleasant enough . We were so disappointed as Hôtel is such a lovely old building . Rooms need to be invested in ."

No internet access in room, TV didn’t work, no linens, towels toilet paper, etc. Bring your own or pay for use of their linens, towels and hope the market is open for food and other needs. Parking? "My wife and I booked our stay through Hotels.com and chose a room at MMV specifically for the advertised mountain views. After a 6-hour drive, we arrived expecting a relaxing and scenic getaway—but were incredibly disappointed. Instead of the mountain view we paid for, we were given what was clearly the worst view in the entire building, facing a wall or some kind of service area. It completely ruined the atmosphere we were hoping for. To make matters worse, the elevators were broken during our stay, and no one from management seemed to care. There was no offer to move us, no apology, and no attempt at compensation. We felt completely ignored. For a brand that markets itself on comfort and quality, this was a huge letdown. We would caution others to double-check what you’re really getting before booking."
