Spacious and bright studio of 35 m2 (380 square feet) with fully equipped kitchenette and double bed in the sleeping area, Smart TV and air conditioning, 1 bathroom with Italian shower with amenities by ¨Rituals¨. Baby crib available upon request (24-hour notice required). The studio has 2 exterior windows overlooking Deanes street and the Mosque-Cathedral. It also has 2 beautiful terraces and, the jewel of the building, 1 spectacular chill-out duplex, with garden furniture, cushions and traditional canopies. Both the terraces and the chill-out area are for the exclusive use of the studio.

Direct access with lift or staircase. High speed wifi is offered throughout the accommodation. The studio is equipped with a 32-inch Full HD flat-screen Smart TV, as well as air conditioning.

The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, iron, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
