The entire land plot of the villa is absolutely gorgeous and uniquely arranged. The owner has designed and structured the surrounding areas for vista, seating and summer leisure. The garden is filled with a colorful and joyous variety of plants and flowers while trees baring fruits of all kind such as pomegranate, lemons, oranges, nuts, figs, kiwi, plums, vineyards, can be found throughout the plot.

The little creek edging the property, is an absolute pearl. This small but surprisingly rich and lively little ecosystem is home to a seriously joyful and sweet-voiced little frog community as well as to a few species of intriguing small birds. The peekaboo turtles although a bit shy, are also quite the friendly bunch!

More than 100 trees (5m tall) have been planted all around the property to ensure your complete privacy and quite.

The long sandy beach of Roda is certainly appreciated by many tourists as it gently shelves into the deep offering very shallow waters for the first 40meters - ideal for young kids, relaxing and for all sorts of activities/play time. Further down the beach you will find 2 beach volley fields, water sport facilities, and several beach bars.

The village of Roda, also 2 minutes away from the Villa has everything you want and more: excellent restaurants of traditional Greek cuisine as well as international cuisine (Italian, Chinese, British…), souvenir shops, grocery stores, tour agencies, car/scooter rentals, ATM.
