Inside, the studio features an open bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bright bathroom with a shower cabin, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all essential cookware. A washing machine adds convenience for longer stays. Internet reaches speeds up to 24 Mbps, and hot water is supplied through an electric boiler activated via the electrical panel, typically requiring about 15–20 minutes to heat. The entrance is easy to find with the provided instructions, and guests can enjoy direct access to the patio and shared garden area, creating a pleasant indoor–outdoor flow. A baby cot or highchair is available upon request, and key handover is provided through a keybox.

Set in the atmospheric Campielo neighborhood, the studio places guests within a 5-minute walk of Corfu Old Town’s most iconic highlights. The Liston promenade, Spianada Square, Saint Spyridon Church, and the winding Venetian-style alleyways are all easily reached on foot, alongside numerous cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and small local shops. The nearest supermarket is also close by, while several beaches around the town can be reached within a short walk or quick taxi ride. Public parking is available at Corfu Square for guests arriving by car, since the studio is located on a pedestrian street with restricted vehicle access.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00, and guests will be informed if early check-in becomes possible; check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins. The apartment uses a keybox for smooth self check-in, though a personal welcome may be arranged upon request.
