A perfect place to relax. First line - 30 meters to the beach. Excellent sea - one of the best in Corfu. Great beach for guests only and very clean. The bus stop and in dete directions is right in front of the accommodation. The hosts are always ready to help. Excellent price-quality ratio.

Todo perfecto. Alojamiento calidad precio bien. Comunicación con el dueño perfecta, muy agradable y atento en todo. Alquiler de moto perfecto,Nico muy amable y atento y recomendó alquilar con él.Tanto coche como moto. Si volviera a Corfú sin duda, reservaría otra vez allí.

Die Unterkunft ist gut erreichbar - Bushaltestelle direkt davor. Zu den Appartements gehört ein Privatstrand - echt Gold. Die Straße ist etwas laut, aber es stört nicht sehr.

Struttura spartana e datata negli arredi . Materassi duri. Doccia senza tenda. Pulizia ok. Camera fronte mare un po' rumorosa per la strada sottostante. Cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 2 giorni circa. Posizione ottima fronte mare. Autobus davanti la struttura. Proprietari gentile e disponibili. Ottima la spiaggia privata raggiungibile da un sottopasso, con lettini e ombrelloni a disposizione per gli ospiti del Faliraki. Piccolo bar con snack e bevande ben fornito. Struttura consigliata per chi predilige il fattore economico della vacanza.

Excellent location, private beach and friendly staff. Basic but clean. Met on arrival by owner and shown to room. I recommend that you rent the a car from them due to large deposit that most of the hire cars companies ask for at the airport.

Great location,fantastic help in very late checkin but after that, not very helpful. Self contained but toaster didn't work and wasn't replaced, room service 2/5 nights, hot water was turned off? Very loud construction site next door every day from early morning, dusty as well. Complimentary water was one bottle for 3 people for 5 days, tea and coffee not replaced daily.

потрясающе

всё прекрасно:расположение,отличная транспортная развязка(для желающих-у хозяина Николаэса отличный выбор авто и мотороллеров)комнаты-скромные ,но чистые.регулярно проводилась уборка и смена белья и полотенец.самое главное-свой очень уютный.оборудованный пляж и снэк-бар на нем,что очень удобно и комфортно,единственный минус-чуть шумно днём из-за стройки рядом,надеюсь она закончится до следующего сезона,спасибо,отдых удался на славу!

L'appartamento è un pò datato, però la vista era eccezionale, a due passi c'è la spiaggia attrezzata con bar, la zona è tranquilla, vicino alla città storica di Corfù, il proprietario sempre disponibile, gentile e simpatico. Inoltre ha il servizio di noleggio auto o scooter.

Großzügige Appartements im Vintage Style der 70iger Jahre. Absolut nur das notwendigste, z.B. eine Herdplatte mit einem Topf. Alles tiptop sauber und alle 2 Tage werden auch die Handtücher gewechselt. Stark befahrene Uferstraße! Wen das nicht stört, wird dafür mit top gepflegtem Kiesel - Privatstrand und einmaligen Ausblick belohnt und herzlichen Gastgebern. Das Haus ist familiengeführt und es gibt in der Hochsaison ein hauseigenes Restaurant und Snackbar. Autan mitnehmen! Wir sagen Danke / efraristo für einen gelungene Aufenthalt

Perfect, value for money

We stayed for 11 nights for family holiday. No complaints at all - we all loved it. The rooms are basic but clean, towels and sheets changed regularly. Lovely view from the balcony. Has access to its own private beach with sun beds/shade and fantastic beach bar serving lovely home cooked food. We also rented quad bikes whilst there from the owners, took opportunity to explore whole island Bus stop right outside for buses to Corfu town, or 10 minute walk into benitses for range of restaurants, shops Family run business, can't fault them. Went out of there way to make sure we had an amazing holiday.

More than expected!

We stayed in 4 at Faliraki Apartments in a bungalow composed of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom, with large sea-view courtyard. The owners were very helpful, from our late arrival to all our request. The apartment was fresh, air conditioned and wifi provided in every room, clean and comfortable. The property also has a private beach where guests have free access and have beach umbrellas, deck chairs and wifi, moreover there is a bar open all day where you can enjoy great breakfasts, lunches and snacks. Finally, it is also possible to rent a car, scooter and quod at a good price. I would definitely go back!

Lovely stay

Great stay at faliraki! Rooms are basic but big and clean, and a balcony with a perfect view . Rentals ( car, quad and scooter) also available. Or else the bus stop is really right in front of the hotel. And a lovely beach reachable by a tunnel, and a place for drinks and food. Wifi works good in the apartment and at the beach. Very friendly owners :-)

Great Place to Stay

Although dated in appearance the rooms are spotlessly clean. Nikos and his wife are great hosts and his brother runs a lovely little cafe. Love the little beach that accompanies this resort. Location is great for Corfu Town

Wonderful stay

Hotel vicino alla fermata dell'autobus è in posizione ottimale per girare tutta l'isola. Personale simpatico e professionale sempre attento alle nostre esigenze. Appartamento spazioso con Wi-Fi e aria condizionata perfettamente funzionanti. Bella spiaggia con bar e ombrelloni e lettini sempre disponibili. Speriamo di tornare presto

Posto tranquillo

E' un bel posto per stare in tranquillità' a Corfù'. La struttura, certo, e' un po' anzianotta e sarebbe necessaria una bella ristrutturazione dei locali e della mobilia, ma, considerando il prezzo e la media delle altre strutture a Corfù ed in Grecia in generale, ci si sta' piacevolmente. Nel complesso e' comunque una struttura pulita e gradevole. Inoltre il proprietario si occupa in loco dell'affitto di motorini, quad e auto a prezzi interessanti. Ma il punto forte della struttura secondo me è' la posizione; Si trovo a poche centinaia di metri da Benites in cui si trova tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno, e la piccola spiaggia di ghiaia difronte alla struttura a cui si accede facilmente con il sottopassaggio stradale di alcune decine di metri. E' attrezzata di tutto e con soli 5 Euro al giorno prendi 2 lettini e l'ombrellone; inoltre il gestore si preoccupa di riservarti il posto, senza impegno, per i giorni successivi, e della quiete del posto che non manca mai. E' presente inoltre un bar in cui è possibile fare colazione e mangiare a pranzo in spiaggia con poco, eccetto l'insalata greca a €8 che e' troppo cara! Insomma una piccola oasi di pace a Corfù' che nella parte centro/nord dell'isola non è' facile trovare a un prezzo veramente modico. Consigliatissimo!
