Bad experience throughout rude rude host. Charged double for air con per air con unit not room. No electric to room for couple of hours due to faulty card. Checkout at 12pm as stated on hotels.com but because no forced out off the room from 8am onwards then host storms in the room and says my apartment you leave when I say not hotels.com avoid avoid avoid

Jongedame (Lola) vriendelijk Staat van (bad)kamers; erbarmelijk, smerige douche cabine, last van rioolvliegjes, belachelijk dat er geen hor/hordeuren aanwezig zijn. Geen dagelijkse schoonmaak/handdoeken, denk aan toiletpapier in prullenbakjes. Conclusie; niet heengaan!

Die Lage ist problematisch, der Balkon lag direkt an einer Hauptstraße, was sehr laut war. Besonders enttäuschend war die unhöfliche und wenig hilfsbereite Dame an der Rezeption. Außerdem war das Wasser in der Dusche kalt. Wichtig zu wissen: Die Zimmer gehören zu verschiedenen Gebäuden mit sehr unterschiedlicher Lage, werden aber unter einem gemeinsamen Hotelnamen vermietet. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die sauberen Zimmer und das freundliche Personal im Restaurant.

Apartment ok but very noisy at night as on the road with scooters and quad bike going up and down till late. No fan in room but you could pay for aircon. Pool area great and bar staff and food excellent.

Lovely small tesort

Just a short walk to a beautiful beach. Reception was very helpful. Lovely pool. Only had one lunch by the pool but it was very good. Pool area, bar and toilets very clean. Couple of small supermarkets within 1 minute walk. Apartment clean. Beds comfortable. Safe deposit box. Bus stop into corfu town next door. Very small and relaxing resort. Would return.

De ontvochtiger maakte veel herrie. Het raam moest dicht blijven vanwege verkeersherrie. Veel muggen in de kamer vanwege een slootje rond het gebouw.

szokujące śmieci śmierdzące na ulicach przy wjeździe do każdej miejscowości !!! Hotel ok za tą ceną, choć brakowało moskitier w oknach, codziennie walczyliśmy pół nocy z komarami. Basen jest ogromnym atutem, niestety otwarty tylko do 19.00. Codziennie sprzątanie apartamentu, ścielenie łóżek i mycie naczyń - ok, brakowało dostawy szamponu. Pościel zmieniana rzeczywiście co 3 dni. Taras na ulicę (mało intymnie) lub ogród sąsiada. Balkony oddzielone plexi między apartamentami, więc słychać rozmowy i czuć papierosy. W apartamentach parterowych brak wi-fi.

Irene contacted us before the arrival to ensure we do not wait, initially given ground floor appartment with balcony for the first night but upgraded to 1st floor with view of garden and hills. Excellant location close to supermarkets and restaurants yet tranquil. Pool with bar and SPA surrounded by trees and hills with overpowering jasmin scent. Beech within easy reach, great hub to explore south of the island.

The local area is beautiful, the accommodation is very good however communication between me and the hotel was very difficult. I got voicemail every time I tried to call reception to arrange hotel transfer from the airport maybe because it was a public holiday.

Beware Irene - the owner!

Irene apartments are good without being superior. The room I had was on the bottom at the back - it was a good size and comfortable but had no view and showed signs of dampness. The owner however is what put me off these apartments - I helped a couple find their room when they arrived after midnight without a clue of whereto go. Reception was already closed as is stated on the website but it appears Irene expected them to know by some kind of osmosis that she had left a note of their room number and location on the window of her office. They did not! I knew as that is where she had left a note for me! I helped them find their room after asking in a supermarket how to access their apartment which was in a separate building - they repeatedly said they would never have found it without help. Next day I told her their was an issue and she became so defensive! A couple of hours later I was at the pool when she approached me and told me that I must NOT interfere with any of her clients again as it made it look like her system didn't work. I said your system doesn't - she said she knew better than me and that I must not help anyone else. I asked what if someone doesn't know where to go - she said leave them they will eventually work it out but don't you help. This confrontation was in front of my family and other guests - I was flabbergasted! I wasn't looking for a big thank you for helping her guests but at the very least I did not expect to be publicly humiliated.

Last minute deal for good hotel

We booked last minute so we got a great deal. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Was charged extra for AC each day which we did not know. We liked that it was close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Didn't like that our room wasn't cleaned during the three nights we stayed there. Pool area was very nice...wifi is almost nonexistent, very hard to get a signal. Because we got such a great deal is why I liked this hotel...I think if we had to pay full price I would have stayed somewhere. Owner was borderline unpleasant.
