Nested amidst the lush olive groves on the hillside of Afionas, one of the most picturesque and traditional villages in northern Corfu, Bay View Villa is a newly built property that offers a unique view over the bay of Agios Georgios Pagon and Afionas.
Villa Petra, ideal for a family or party of four, covers a living space of 115 sq.m. of
elegantly decorated spaces in white and beige shades. Moreover, it has a private pool of 8m x 4m with a max depth of 1.80m and has a large shared garden area with parking space to accommodate at least 2 cars at the entrance of the property.
Villa Petra has a ground floor of about 90 sq.m. that features a spacious living area with a 42’ flat screen tv and a fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances including a
dishwasher, and a dining area for six persons. The living area has large balcony doors leading straight to the veranda and pool area. The ground floor includes a master bedroom with a double queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower cabin. Across the living room there is an extra WC equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
The stairs lead to the top floor which includes a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with shower cabin. There is also a spacious balcony, where you can relax as you watch the idyllic sunset over the turquoise water of the Ionian Sea.
The property is fully air conditioned and offers excellent wi-fi connection.

Bella casa con troppe lacune

La casa è nuova, troppo nuova (fili scoperti ancora da chiudere, tubi che escono dal pavimento). Piscina molto bella. Posizione comoda alle spiagge. Molte zanzare. Su 6 gironi siamo stati 2 giorni senza acqua e luce (niente aria condizionata, niente fornelli per cucinare) Il giorno del check out abbiamo chiesto di poter andare via alle 14 invece che alle 11 e ci è stata chiesta un importo per ogni ora in più! ASSURDO dopo aver pagato non poco per 6 giorni Non lo consiglio
