- A little piece of heaven right by the sea. This 3 bedroom/3.5 bath villa is colocated with Dimitris Beach Villa but has a divider fence and its own separate pool and outdoor area. The fabulous garden to the sea is shared, but otherwise, you have a vast private property by the sea with huge oak trees for shade as well as a grove of olive trees. There are many shops and restaurants within a quick walk from the villa, and the village of Kassiopi is less than 2km away and also an easy walk.
