Beautiful house with stunning views

This lovely house was well located with beaches and local tavernas within walking distance as well as easy access by car to the surrounding countryside for walking trails and fancier restaurants. The delightful terrace and garden offered stunning views and beautiful sunsets.

A Magical Setting

We were so thrilled to be able to stay in Helene's beautiful cottage in Corfu. The cottage has breathtaking views of the mountains and oceans. We just couldn't get over the views day or night. It is beautifully designed with two bedrooms (one is a loft), gorgeous kitchen with great supplies, bath, and dining areas with sliding doors off two sides. We could walk to town and get coffee. We also walked to both Liapedes and Rovinia beaches easily. Helene was wonderful on communication. We hope to stay there again!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem schönes Haus mit wundervollem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Liapades gewohnt und jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Die Terrasse war wundervoll mit Liegestühlen und einem Tisch, an dem wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt haben. Der Kontakt zu Helena war immer bestens und wir haben viele Tipps bekommen. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Der Rovinia-Strand und die Restaurants im Ort sind leicht fußläufig erreichbar.

Der Ausblick vom Haus über die Bucht ist ein absoluter Traum. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Helenas Haus sehr genossen. Alle Fotos entsprechen der Realität und es wurde nichts geschönt. Der nächste Strand Rovinia Beach ist einen guten Fußmarsch entfernt und in der Hochsaison sehr gut besucht, aber ebenfalls einer der schönsten Strände auf Korfu mit kristallklarem Wasser. In nächster Umgebung gab es aktuell einigen Baulärm, aber Helena hat uns dafür großzügig entschädigt. Das Haus liegt in relativ ruhiger Lage, aber es gibt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft auch noch andere Häuser, die bewohnt sind oder die sich gerade im Bau befinden. Die Kommunikation und der Check-In waren sehr gut. Ich kann das Ferienhaus jedem, der Erholung und einen Panoramablick auf das Meer sucht, wärmstens empfehlen. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Une vue à couper le souffle

Nous avons lancé nos vacances dans les îles Ioniennes en passant par cette magnifique maison. C’est simple il ne manque rien. Prendre son repas le soir sur la terrasse avec cette vue, vous allez vous coucher avec un maximum de zen! Le lieu est très très calme, c’est également un excellent atout.

In jeder Hinsicht etwas Besonderes

Ein wunderschönes, gut ausgestattetes und hochwertiges Haus mit traumhaftem Blick und einem romantischen Garten. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin und herzliche, engagierte Betreuung vor Ort. Ruhig gelegenes Grundstück, trotzdem erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten kleine Supermärkte und gemütliche Tavernen in Strandnähe oder den alten malerischen Ortskern von Liapades weiter oben am Hang. Einige Wanderungen kann man direkt vom Haus aus beginnen, ebenso sind mehrere schöne Strände zu Fuß erreichbar. Die riesigen, uralten und menschenleeren Olivenbaumwälder rund um Liapades sind für sich allein schon eine Reise wert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, es war ein besonders erholsamer Urlaub.

Helena communiceert goed en snel in de aanloop naar het verblijf. De ouders van Helena hebben ons heel vriendelijk verwelkomd. En waren altijd bereid te helpen als dat nodig was. De locatie is schitterend en het huis een heel prettig verblijf. Voor een langere vakantie zou een wasmachine wel handig zijn en eventueel ook een afwasmachine. We kunnen het huis aanbevelen.

Magical Villa on the hills of Liapades

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Beautiful view on the bay, quiet at night. And it was the perfect location on Corfh: Liapades is very cute with some small restaurants and tavernas. No massive hotels like on the other side of the island. Nearby are beautiful hidden beachens as well as the town Paleokastritsa, where you can easily rent motorboats. We will definitely come back!

Traumhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht.

Das Haus ist optimal konzipiert und für die Verhältnisse auf Korfu von hoher Qualität. Von fast überall hat man einen Blick auf die Bucht. Es weht immer eine leichte Brise durch das Haus und die Klimaanlage war überflüssig, obwohl es relativ heiß war. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, ein kleines Auto aber unbedingt erforderlich.

Besonderes Haus in toller Lage

Idyllisch am Hang gelegen, mit Blick aufs Meer und die Bucht von Liapades, ist dieses Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist modern und trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Alle Restaurants und Shops sind zu Fuß erreichbar, auch zum kleineren Strand kommt man ohne Auto, der Rückweg ist natürlich bergan etwas anstrengender. Aber die Außendusche lässt den Anstieg gleich wieder vergessen. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, perfekte Gastgeber. Ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, vorallem wenn man mit kleineren Kindern reist. Tolles Objekt!

Einfach schöner Urlaub

Wer sich vor einigen kleinen Anstiegen nicht scheut, findet hier einen wunderbaren Ausgangspunkt, um nahe gelegende Strände zu Fuß oder insbesondere den Norden von Kreta auch mit dem Auto nah und unkompliziert zu entdecken und trifft auf herzliche und liebe Gastgeber. Olivenbäume, Sonnenuntergänge und das kristalklare blaue Meer

Wir hatten eine entspannte, aber auch abenteuerlustige Woche auf Korfu. Wir lieben es in landestypischen Ferienhäusern zu wohnen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Der erste Blick geht über den tollen Kräuter- und Blumengarten hinter zum Meer. Der zweite Blick zu dem wirklich schmucken Steinhäuschen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir vermissen die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse jetzt schon.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit ausgesprochen schönem Blick auf die Bucht. Schön, praktisch eingerichtet

Das Haus gehört einer Griechin, die in Deutschland lebt. Ihre Eltern leben vor Ort und sprechen deutsch und sind ansprechbar, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend designed, mit großen Fenstern, alle mit Mückenschutz versehen. Das Bad ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgeleuchtet. Es gibt zwei Schlafplätze, einer romantisch unterm Dach mit Blick auf die Bucht, der andere im Erdgeschoß. Zwei kleine, schöne Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere nette Tavernen.

Beautiful house, location and lovely village.

We had a wonderful stay in this perfect house. The pictures truly don't do it justice. We got super fit walking up and down to the shops and restaurants and beaches which are all within a kilometre. We were looked after so well by Maria the housekeeper. Loved the view from the mezzanine bedroom, just perfect really. There's a trampoline for the children and a lovely refreshing outdoor shower to rinse off the beach. We hired a car but didn't really use it much as the village has everything you need. We would highly recommend this house but be warned, the hills are a hike not gentle slopes however everyone uses mopeds to get around and there are a few rental places in the village and they also rent quad bikes if you're not brave enough to try a moped. Definately hire a boat even for a couple of hours, it's so worth it to discover hidden coves. And you have rovinia beach at the bottom about 1km downhill. Loved it here, enough said? 😊

Urlaub mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Paleokastritsa

Wer auf Korfu einen Platz mit mega Ausblick und super netter Gastfreundschaft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Außerdem ist es echt schön die Atmosphäre von dem kleinen Dorf Liapades mitzubekommen, während man nebenbei in der Taverne in der Ortsmitte leckeres Essen genießen kann.

Sehr helles, gepflegtes, geschmackvolles Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Paleokastritsa, großer Terrasse und kleinem Garten mit Olivenbäumen und Rosmarinbüschen. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war perfekt. Vorab gab es ausführliche Anreiseinfos und viele Tipps. Auch vor Ort wurden wir liebevoll von ihrer Mutter mit Obst und Gemüse versorgt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden mehrfach gewechselt, ein kurzzeitiges Problem mit der Wasserversorgung umgehend gelöst. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Liapades u. Paleokastritsa bieten zahlreiche gastronomische Angebote, Ausgeh- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Ein Mietwagen für die Anfahrt und weitere Erkundung der Insel empfiehlt sich.

Kühles Design in warmer Landschaft

Auch wenn Korfu in den Sommermonaten wie so viele andere Mittelmeerinseln voll mit Touristen ist, ist davon in diesem Haus nichts zu spüren. Ob von innen oder von der Terasse strahlt die Aussicht auf die Olivenbäume, auf die Bucht und das gegenüber liegende Ufer und auf den Rosmarin im Garten eine tiefe Ruhe aus. Dennoch ist man mit dem Leihwagen schnell an allen interessanten Orten der Insel. Die notwendigsten Dinge des Alltags, wie Lebensmittel etc. findet man im Dorf und verschiedene Strände, ob belebt oder in versteckten stillen Buchten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Gastgeberin ist eine herzliche Frau, die uns während unseres Besuches mit Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt hat. Kurz: rundum fünf Sterne!
