Clean and tidy, very close to town with easy access to the Supermarket, vege shops, bakery, cafes just down the hill and a variety of restaurants . Easy to communicate, a cute studio with a very nice terrace for eating in or just watching the world go by. A quiet area at night. Highly recommended

Check in/out is very easy. Location is great, but property could be better maintained. Bathroom and kitchenette smell of raw sewage. There was a dead cockroach by our front door upon arrival waiting to greet us. All "tables" in the apartment are sagging shelves. The apartment was very noisy in the morning hours. Construction and noise from the unit above starting at 7am however in the evenings it was very quiet considering the proximity to everything in old town.

The communication I have with the owner was good and I have an issue with one of the door and it was fixed right away

Unfortunately when we got to Corfu from Crete where we had an Amazing stay, the water had been turned off in the entire area & the apartment smelled badly. Even though the water was turned on again later the smell persisted. The management company had graciously offered to move us to a dif location but we declined as we were only there 2 nights. Needless to say, Corfu will Not be in any of our future travel destinations.
