I’m not sure I understood all the steps involved in this property. However the guest services lady Sophia went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and pleasurable as it could be. She was an absolute diamond.

Elevator service intermittent at best, elevators always broke down and out of service. Food was limited and poor quality. Alcohol options also limited and poor for “all-inclusive”. Very expensive and limited taxi service over $100 euro to get to town. The good about this place is staff are generally friendly and view amazing.

Good Hotel stay

Great stay Hotel is a bit tired in places . Had balcony room over looking sea in main part which got at a discount price so made for a great stay . Food was more than acceptable staff were friendly helpful each day . Disappointed Spa facilities limited sauna jacuzzi closed massage was great . Facilities good however walking up from beach wouldn’t recommend for people with mobility problems . Nissaki is quaint nice village and hotel well situated and would return

This hotel has some unfair ratings. We were a little worried by the ratings before we arrived as they had dipped since we booked. We had absolutely nothing to worry about. The hotel is clean. The staff are friendly. The food is typical all inclusive food and very nice to eat. I thnk the people who complained wanted a la carte champagne menu for fish and chip prices. It is well worth the money we paid and we both loved it. The only thing I found annnoying was the wasps. If they could be addressed then there would be no complaints at all.

Old rundown hotel, low quality food,

This hotel has two good sides - dedicated personell and nice views from the balcony. But the hotel itself is rundown. Lacking service and maintenance, mould from the aircon, unfresh air in the corridor, cockroaches, and lack of choice when it comes to food. The food is of low quality, basically the cheapest one can get, damped in fat. No single lifeguard, neither at the pool nor at the beach. Remote location-uber costs 60€ one way. I will NOT come back.

Very remote. 80 euros return for a taxi to go 6 miles to go to nearby town. Staff and views are brilliant but very rundown. Only 1 small shower gel a day and no other toiletries. Pool area never washed down even after complaint. Food average but not genuine Coke. Really needs updating totally. The staff try really hard to make everything good for you. I feel sorry for them. Needs a good clean and coat of paint.

Overall a nice hotel, but a bit old.

Clean hotel with large rooms, interior a bit old though. Enormous outside pool. Friendly, English speaking staff. Excellent food for all meals! Beds were a bit too hard, unfortunately. Provided us with a crib for our baby without having to ask for it which was really nice.

The food and resturant staff are so friendly specially the chef himself but the room was dirty and full of dust after I mention that to the manager. She told me she is going to take care of it but during our stay the room was full of dust.
