The location of Villa Zeus is as idyllic as you could find. Within walking distance from both the glorious pebble beach and taverna of Kerasia with its’ crystal clear sea which is perfect for swimming and the pretty horseshoe bay of Aghios Stefanos which is lined with water front restaurants, a few shops, a couple of bars and mini markets. Situated in an elevated position above the small road running to Kerasia, Zeus looks over one of the most exclusive stretches of coastline in Corfu – below the villa are the water front palatial properties this area is well known for, and super yachts often moor in the gorgeous bays so you will definitely be in the right place!
A very spacious villa with just the Master double bedroom with balcony and en-suite shower room on the upper floor, the main ground floor boasts very large open plan living, dining area with kitchen and three further bedrooms each with their own ensuites. A balcony running the length of the house then leads to the dining terrace and large tiled pool and barbecue. The views from the higher position of Villa Zeus are just breath taking and you are sure to spend a good deal of time just relaxing and gazing across the channel towards Albania.

Mobility statement - This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 157cm wide along with 7 steps. There is also ramp access to the front door. The front door has a width of 92cm and other doors that access the pool area are the sliding balcony doors which are 104cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 256cm wide and the stone paving is nonslip and even. There is one step of 11cm that leads to the pool. There are 16 steps that lead from the main living area/kitchen to the upstairs. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 79cm wide which can be either the twin room or the double room. All the bathroom doors have a width of 68cm.
