Nice overall
Overall, the property was nice, and well-situated for our purposes.
Negatives - a couple of issues with cleanliness (well-established cobwebs on wall and kitchen lights, which was a bit disappointing seeing as we are charged a cleaning fee!), a couple of maintenance issues (faulty light in en-suite, non-working extractor fan), and some cosmetic issues (tiny amount of coffee left in jar, turned out to be old & solid, would have been a nice touch to have some milk & bread for new guests).
Positives - spacious & airy, good condition property. 20 min walk from Bray beach, handy underground parking for flat. Free wi-fi. When the maintenance issues were pointed out, David responded very quickly and sorted out the light. Also, Wayne v kindly met me at the property on leaving day when I left my bag inside with no way to get back into the flat!
Overall - it's a nice place, it would possibly benefit from a few personal touches. The people we have dealt with have all been very helpful and friendly.
