Great stay Corlette for family
Clean, spacious, well lit and ventilated accomodation. NE breeze through the front of house. Location - quiet street one block from beach/park areas and main street. Close drive to Nelson Bay and localities. No need to use AIR conditioner at all. Big kitchen - plenty Pans, utensils etc. Large fridge and freezer. Large area for seating and dining. 3 bath areas / toilets - great Secure site. Plenty parking outside of house off street. Would go again to this house. Perhaps needs a sheet of instructions re the key and locked box in house. TV not working in lounge but did not concern us. Thank you for a family friendly stay. Leonie and Graeme January 2024

We had a lovely stay in Corlette. Accommodation was great. All mod cons. Easy walk to local shop and beach. Max and Rosalind were very accommodating and lovely to liaise with. Would definitely stay here again.

Great base station, very clean.
The place was basic in nature, good size in all rooms and the best part after having stayed in a lot of these type of places was how clean and fresh it felt on arrival. For those in Summer it may be hot as there is no air-conditioning, but there is fans and heater for winter. We enjoyed the place, great location, fulfilled our needs at a fantastic price. We will be back

Great property at a cheap price
The house was great, second living area is not shown in pictures but was a super nice addition. Close to general store, beach and buses from right outside the property every hour or so. Everything was very clean and the dining table was extended for us on arrival. Only thing would be you would need to take or purchase your own basics such as toilet paper, but at this price you can't complain. Great and prompt communication from the owners, 10/10!
