"It was our second stay at this hotel and it won't be our last. We stayed in the -King Room, Upper Level, City View-. All of the stars: clean, convenient to the airport, great staff, modern, quiet, smart tv with casting, secure parking options... The only thing missing was drinking vessels -the room only had 2 travel coffee cups. Hoping it was a housekeeping oversight and not standard. "

"They only had one Elevator working, and the pool temp was cold. But other than that we had a great stay. Fuller pillows would be better. "

"My daughters had a great time at the pool and the waterslide! Our dbl queen bed room was very nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. "

"Hotel had a mouldy smell. The elevator was not in use due to renovations being completed. Room looked nothing like what was advertised. I just think there should be more transparency. But, I guess you get what you pay for. The deal was too good to be true! "
