"This hotel is in a prime location and the staff is excellent and the hotel is very clean. We’ve been long time patrons and we miss the breakfast and afternoon cookies that used to be served pre pandemic. Times change and it’s still a great hotel"

"The room I got was very small for a deluxe queen room. I could barely open the bathroom door."

"Restaurant understaffed. Was told 30 minutes to get our take out order. After 40 minutes, we checked and they said it would be another 30 minutes. We asked to cancel the order since we’d miss our concert if we waited. Noticed later that our room was charged a fee. Too much of a hassle to try to get it reversed. Can’t review the food since we didn’t get it."

"Great location. Walking distance to some fun spots like Voodoo Donuts (1 block) and Powell's books (6 blocks) and we even walked to the Moda Center (just over a mile). The happy hour was great with snacks and drinks at 5pm nightly. Breakfast is included and we loved the custom omelette bar! We plan to come back in July!"
