  • An 18th-century Catalan farmhouse with a fully fenced 2,500-square-meter garden, a pool overlooking the mountains, and a silence broken only by birdsong. The Pla de l'Estany countryside surrounds the property, and you’ll enjoy complete privacy from the moment you step through the garden gate.



    Inside, the house offers a cozy atmosphere and is well-equipped. The dining room features a comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace, perfect for winter evenings. There’s also a movie theater, double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and a game room with a pool table and ping-pong table.



    From the garden, you can watch the sunsets over the fields, and the pool, facing the mountains, is the natural gathering spot when the heat intensifies. Since it is completely fenced in, the outdoor space is just as private as the interior.
