From the buffet, nightly entertainment, and other amenities offered, the Riu is definitely a place I am coming back to visit soon! There’s tons to do with kids, you can even book all of your excursions right on site. I highly recommend. "

"The restaurant staff was nice and friendly. A few individuals in the store and towel station near the kiddie pool not so much. i had a full pool view and partial ocean view. my room was a nice size. The only thing i did not like was that i had my do not disturb sign on the door … and yet i was still disturbed lol. Two staff members actually walked in even though I said no thank you multiple times when they knocked. I would suggest you do your souvenir shopping at the airport. Prices in the hotel store were a little pricey. We did a photoshoot 5 minutes away from the hotel and transportation was $50 for that… and we wanted to go shopping about 45 minutes away and that was $150. The souvenirs we purchased were much cheaper at the airport. just a little tip for travelers. "

"Fifth stay at CocoLaPalm. I hope to have more visits in the future. Staff is friendly and makes a person feel quite welcome. Excellent location on 7 Mile Beach. Grocery/liquor store less than 10-minute walk which is very convenient. "
