Don’t ever stay here

It was disgusting. Bugs, dirty, holes in the walls, window wouldn’t close, bedspread was covered in burn holes, smelled like cigarettes and weed and the bathroom sink was off the wall - walked in and got the heck out of there

Property located on a good location but inside is horrible with respect to cleanliness,spider web all around,insect,mosquitoes. Insects & spider all around on bed and in washroom. I didn’t check property reviews just because I booked from Expedia. I missed out on taking photos.

I did not end up staying here at all. The rooms were dirty, dust everywhere. Everything smelled like cigarettes, bedsheets had cigarette burns. And no running water. Walked in, 5 mins later, walked out. There was no way I was sleeping there. I need a refund please.

The Expedia system failed miserably to communicate our reservation to the property.. we made a reservation on the spot after trying unsuccessfully to get the Expedia assistance ( system failing..???)

Ok, it was rated 4,6/5 but something went wrong. Room was too cold and we couldnt control the température. There was toilet paper in the toilet. Pillows and towels didnt seem to be clean. There was a guy drinking in front of the hotel. The kids were scared. The lady offered us another room but all the hotel was in a poor shape. We stayed for 10 minutes and left. The kids wouldnt stand it. We paid 150 $ and it was the worst place i’ve seen in my Life. There is no way it has been 4,6/5.

Awful room!

Very very tired with cigarette burns, stained sheets, cracked window, no security chain, dirty bathroom floor and the list goes on. No coffee making facilities or air con. Would not recommend to anyone.
