This charming property was built in 2011 and features 1 king ensuite bedroom, 1 queen ensuite bedroom (with a fireplace), built-in desk & dedicated office work space, a living room with a cozy sofa bed and a large family/bonus room with dining table, wet bar and large screen TV.
Guests can take advantage of amenities including disappearing 15 foot living room glass wall exposing the outdoor entertaining area, whole house WiFi, central AC/heating, large rooftop view deck with seating area, firepit and large cantilevered umbrella.
The grass front yard fully enclosed with a white picket fence, large gathering and dining space connected to the rear patio entertainment area, modern gourmet kitchen, flat screen TV's in most rooms, Sonos whole house sound system, new washing machine and dryer.
This home is located just 4 blocks from Orange Avenue, 2 blocks from San Diego Bay and 8 blocks to the World Famous Coronado Center Beach. Ample parking includes the driveway and on street parking with provided overnight mirror hanger permits. We are conveniently located on an extra wide quiet street and the home is positioned to take advantage of typical breezes.
