Find vacation nirvana in this modern three-story, end-unit townhome in charming Coronado Village. This spacious home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths in 2,200 square feet of light-filled, luxe space. The interior decor is fresh and simple. Amenities include hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and a fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The large dining table seats 8. The three bedrooms sleep 8 and each room has a smart TV. There is a 55-inch cable TV in the living room.

Outside, enjoy the private rooftop deck with stunning views of San Diego Bay and the city skyline. The deck features a gas grill, large umbrella and furniture that seats 10+. Challenge your friends to a game of corn-hole on the deck while your burgers are cooking on the BBQ, or enjoy a cocktail while you lounge in the sun. Parking is easy and secure in the attached two-car garage which accommodates one large SUV or two small cars.

The main attraction is the home’s prime village location. Walk to everything! The home is ideally located on the bay side of the island across the street from Centennial Park and one block to the Ferry Landing, restaurants and bayside shops. Jump on the ferry for a scenic 10-minute ride across the bay to take in downtown San Diego, the USS Midway Museum, Little Italy and Gaslamp District. Or walk to one of the nearby bay beaches, the perfect place for the kids to build that cool sandcastle. Don't forget to bring the beach towels and chairs, sand toys and boogie boards which are all provided for you.

Just around the corner you can enjoy favorite local restaurants including Coronado Brewing Company, Saiko Sushi, Nikki Rottens, and the French café, Tartine (good coffee drinks!) or you can pick up shrimp for the BBQ and a good bottle of wine right across the street at Boney’s Bayside Market/Deli.

It’s just a 15 minute walk or a short bike ride to the world-famous hotel Del Coronado and Coronado Beach, voted one of the top10 beaches in the US, ….four beach cruisers and helmets are provided to make it easy to get around the island like a local.
