Owner Information: I enjoy sun, sea and relaxation and this property is perfect. I travel from Austin to enjoy the Texas beaches. I personally manage, remodel and vacation in my two condos. I try to provide everything vacationers might need or seek and try to assist in allowing you to be sure this trip is your best vacation on the beach. I love to travel to various beaches, far and near, so I offer to you what I expect on my personal beach vacations.

We had a great stay. The condos are dated, but this one is in excellent condition. It was clean and fully stocked. You can't beat the proximity to the beach, and the pool appeared to be maintained well. Worked perfectly for us for a weekend getaway.

Great location on the beach, with good dining options nearby; property is in good condition and is very safe. Our condo was very clean and comfortable, and well supplied with necessities. Owner responded very quickly to two issues we had, and they were resolved easily.

First of all the day I reserved till we left on 7/6/25 I had nothing but kind,helpfull and excellent customer service. During our stay at the condo everything was clean,well maintained and so comfortable the only problem with this trip was the weather but thanks to all the acamadations from our condo it was worth the stay. I so highly recommend this condo. Thank you so much for everything Mr.Taylor. We will definitely being staying again soon.

Great value!

For the price I paid it was a great value. Small but enough space and sleeping arrangements for my family of five. Beach is just a short walk and you can see the ocean from the sliding door. Would definitely stay again.

Nice balcony directly looking at the beach Small but enough room for my family of four Pool was fairly clean considering people were coming in from the beach Old building but condo was in good condition and clean

Quick beach getaway

It was super easy to book. We had fun with boogie boards on the ocean and a get time swimming in the pool. The fact that it’s gated made us feel safe. Over all for the price it was a great trip to the beach!

The elevator stopped working and was making different sounds. It never go fixed while we were there for two nights.The stove top only worked with one pan. It kept giving me an error one signal. The other pants that they had neither of them could be used for the stove top. I did not enjoy taking off all the linens. That was time consuming and I ended up super tired before I checked out. I feel the linens can remain on the bed until someone cleans since that is should be part of the payment. Trash should be taken out by property as well.

Great place

Everything was great, beach was walking distance and we could see from balcony, balcony does need a little work, it felt flimsy as you walked on it but otherwise the place was nice, tub had a small crack and a light bulb was missing in the bedroom lamp. I would recommend this place, very cozy and clean!

Peace on the veranda & water play options

We stayed for the weekend. My son loved swimming in the pool. My favorite part was sitting on the veranda, watching the ocean. It had such a peaceful vibe; I did my meditation there. We also loved how close it was to the beach. It's a great location! The host was responsive to my questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

This property is excellent. The parking lot/beach access gates need a better system but that is not in the owner’s control. This property was perfect for the 3 of us and in a great location. I never felt unsafe and even had a security guard check on us late at night.

Amazing location!

Amazing location with beach access! Condo was perfect size for my 4 kids and I. Bobby was very responsive and helped with all issues that arose with check in, in a very timely manner. AC worked amazing! We have had issues with other condos in the past, but I have absolutely no complaints about this one!

Cozy Condo

Cute condo, great location/felt safe, nice calm beach right off the property. The air conditioner struggled during the day but it did got the jon done. We had an issue with the stove top burner BUT the owner communicated extremely well and resolved the issue immediately. If we're ever in the area again we'll be staying here. Go ahead and rent it, you'll love it.
