With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 11 guests, Captain’s Landing offers plenty of room to spread out, unwind, and make unforgettable memories along the Texas Coast.

Spend your mornings sipping coffee overlooking the canal, afternoons fishing right from your dock, and evenings grilling your fresh catch while enjoying the coastal breeze.

Inside, you`ll find an inviting coastal retreat designed with comfort and convenience in mind.

The main floor features a spacious primary suite with a king-sized bed, private ensuite bathroom, and generous walk-in closet. The comfortable living area boasts brand-new couches, while the beautifully renovated kitchen features updated appliances and everything you need to prepare your favorite vacation meals. A dining area and additional full bathroom complete the first floor.

Upstairs, three additional bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space. A second king bedroom features its own private bathroom, while two additional bedrooms with bunk beds share another full bathroom — perfect for kids, cousins, or friends traveling together.

Do not smoke or vape in the house.
Do not bring sandy footwear and clothing into the house.
Do not leave food in the house when you check out.
Do not open the windows or leave the doors open.
Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach or in boats. They are for bathing use only. Beach/pool towels and fish towels are provided for your use.
Do not try to open the Owner’s Closet or cabinets.
Do not clean fish inside the house. A fish cleaning station is located on the dock.
You can access the dock for kayak entry & exit.
Do not over fill washer or dryer. (Located in garage)You will be responsible for repairs/replacement for improper use of appliances.
Do not wash white towels with colors.
Do not fry turkeys at the house.
Do not put potato peels, watermelon rinds, bones, or other large objects down the garbage disposal.
Return all outdoor items to where you found them. Make sure Kayak is returned to where you found & Placed bottom side up. Do not leave on dock or in water without supervision. a $100 FEE PER KAYAK WILL APPLY IF NOT PUT BACK.
Abide with all TPW (Texas Parks and Wildlife) Laws and regulations for use of water equipment and fishing gear.
