Enjoy The Aransas Bay in our beautiful Home. Ideally located in the small, historic community of Fulton. 1/2 block from the bay with open lot between home and water! 2 bedrooms, 1 Bathroom. Master Bedroom w/Queen sized bed and attached bathroom. Second Bedroom w/Double size bed and hall access to bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. Farmhouse dining table seats six. Home is very clean and bright. Fenced yard on a 6200 SqFt. lot. Enjoy the Bay breezes and sunrises from the covered back porch. Walking distance to Fulton Harbor Park, Fulton Mansion, restaurants, fishing and shopping. 3 miles to Downtown Rockport’s Austin Street. 5 minute drive to Rockport Beach/Saltwater swimming lagoon. 20 miles to Port Aransas beaches. “Winter Texan” rates available for long-term stays. Contact owner for long term “winter Texan” rates. Instant Booking and Easy Check-in. Flexible cancellation policy. Dogs accepted on a "case to case" basis with a small non-refundable pet fee. Beauty by the bay

I loved this property; the back porch, the gorgeous trees, the spacious yard, proximity to the bay, the comfortable bed, and the central heating/cooling as the weather changed a lot. My dogs loved the yard and walking to the marina and the bay. The kitchen is quite nice with a big roomy table.

Nice Place

We enjoyed the house. There was some damage on the second bedroom window seal from what looks like wood rot. Additionally, dont forget to bring your coffee (there is no coffee in the house). The front door is challenging to get in and needs repair so we found ourselves going through the back door most of the time. The house is in a great location and provides great access to the local area. It needs maintenance and work, but cozy and comfortable.

Cute home away from home!!

This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay at this home. The location is great and the home has a great fenced yard for our dogs. It is always very clean. We did notice this time that some minor inside cosmetic repairs are needed. A window frame in a bedroom looks rotted and part of it was missing, maybe water damage. The back door does not close well and a few of the plastic blind slats were broken or missing. These issues were not present during our last stay in Oct 2023.

Perfect stay for Sisters Trip

The house is adorable! A great location - we walked to eat both evenings! Perfect views for sunrise from the back porch. There is even a great little souvenir shop steps from the back door.

What a great location for us! Cool house with access to so much in Fulton/Rockport area. We wanted to explore one of the last Texas coastal areas we havent seen. This is our second stay in this house and we were not disappointed! House itself was very clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds, tvs in each room with cable. The large fenced in backyard is perfect for dogs big or small. Spent a lot of time on the back porch which faces East so we watched the sunrise over the harbor every morning. It’s not even a block from decent restaurants and night entertainment. Will return!
