Welcome to Knot A Care, an inviting 4-bedroom coastal retreat where effortless comfort meets laid-back Port Aransas luxury. Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, this spacious island home is tucked away in the peaceful Fisherman’s Cove neighborhood, less than a mile from the Gulf. Spend your days exploring the coast, cruising to the beach by golf cart, and returning home to your own private oasis.



At the heart of the home is a private backyard pool and beautifully appointed outdoor space, created for slow mornings, sun-filled afternoons, and memorable evenings together. Take a refreshing dip, fire up the grill for dinner, then gather around the poolside dining area as the day winds down. The fenced pool and patio offer plenty of room to lounge, dine, and enjoy the coastal breeze in privacy.



Thoughtful amenities make settling in effortless, including a second refrigerator downstairs for keeping chilled drinks, snacks, and poolside refreshments close at hand. 🚗 Parking:

• Parking is available for 3-4 vehicles depending on size.

• Please note that all vehicles must be parked in the driveway only. Parking on the rocks or lawn is strictly prohibited to prevent damaged to the property.

• Golf cart parking is allowed.

• Guests have access to the garage but it has been converted to a game room.

Guest will receive a unique door code to access property during their stay. You will have access to the entire property during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

Features Description:

• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.



• Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down to respect our neighbors.



• Age: All guests must be 21+ with the exception of children with their parents.



• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.



• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers next to the driveway.



• Pets: No Pets Allowed: Please note that any pets brought onto the property without prior approval will incur an unauthorized pet fee of $500 per pet.



• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge $25 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.



• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• Security Cameras: For guest and property safety, exterior security cameras may be in use at this property. Cameras are located outside only and do not monitor interior spaces.



• Guests are not permitted to tamper with any pool equipment unless specifically noted in writing and if any tampering occurs without permission they will incur a fine of $600 or more.



• Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden on the entire property- inside & outside, and all trash needs to be properly disposed of.



• This property is in a residential area, most houses in the neighborhood are families. Please be respectful, especially between 10pm- 8am.



• We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not signed. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager Guesty.



• We can host a maximum of 12 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.



• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.



• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. We understand that last-minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however, we are required to uphold our owners' cancellation policies in order to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in the business. Please book responsibly and we appreciate your understanding.



• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.



• Please note that we do not accept package deliveries at the property. Any packages sent to the address may not be received, and we cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced items. We recommend making alternative arrangements for package deliveries during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.



• Please double-check the property before checking out to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. While we will make every reasonable effort to locate and return lost items if found, we cannot guarantee their recovery and any shipping costs will be the guest's responsibility.



• Please note that we’re using a residential refrigerator, which can take several hours to cool, especially if it’s fully stocked.

We encourage our guests to communicate via their booking platform! We are typically very responsive on the platform and will answer quickly. If there is a time sensitive matter, guests will be provided a phone number as well after booking.
