CORAL HAVEN…… Stunning, unrestricted Gulf views from a fully remodeled and updated split 2nd and 3rd story floor condo. All new interior and furniture! The very popular Coral Cay completely remodeled after Hurricane Harvey.

Wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee to view all the ships waiting
to come into the Channel and have wine in the evening from the 3rd floor balcony
watching the sun set. Enjoy living space on 2nd floor and two bedrooms
on 3rd floor. Child safety gates located at top and bottom of stairs! Stunning views of the gulf from the 2nd floor living room and the large master 3rd floor room. This beautifully decorated condo is a 2 bedroom with a 1.5 bath. Three TV's in the condo ensure that everyone can be entertained after the sun sets. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. A sleeper sofa is handy if needed for additional guests.

The beautiful large kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs.
The kitchen includes a bar with two bar stools for additional dining. A contemporary
dining table seats 4-6 comfortably and bar stools can be added easily for additional
seating. A small “dry” bar is also a great way to store your beverages. During fall and
winter, enjoy an electric fireplace for a cozy day in. Coral Cay property includes a large
laundry room, tennis court, several outdoor grills, ample parking and two pools! Ice is
available for purchase at the office. The boardwalk to the beach is only
minutes away. You can see it clearly from your balcony! The 2nd floor balcony includes
a spacious outdoor closet to put all your beach toys in! This condo is located right off the popular 11th street.

Spectacular views of the Gulf from both spacious balconies each having bar stool seating and small dining tables. The interior walls are beautifully painted stone and accented with “a colorful” beachy palette of colors throughout. Coffee condiments are provided for your first night stay (ground coffee and pod coffee). Other condiments included are creamer/sugar, stir stick, coffee filer, toothpaste, body lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher detergent, tissue, and makeup remover pads, to help make your arrival the first night a pleasant experience. Ample towels and linens are provided and a hair dryer in master bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, crock pot, electric fry pan, toaster, mixer and much more! Stay 3 days or several weeks, you will have everything you need for your stay.

We had a wonderful time in Port Aransas! This was our anniversary weekend and the condo was perfect for our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and was very comfortable. The beachfront view was great from the upstairs balcony. We didn’t want to leave but we hope to be back next year!

Excellent location

Beautiful, clean and perfect space for us. Loved the double views of the beach! Comfortable beds and furniture overall. Great amenities and TV options for that late night. Good ac and bathroom accommodations! Good walking distance to the boardwalk and beach!

Excellent Property

The condo was in a perfect location and really nice for our family of 4. The view from the main level and second floor was great because you could see the beach. The walk to the water was short and the private walkway was convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful condo

Perfect quick beach getaway. We enjoyed the location, pools, and view from the two balconies. We did run into a couple issues while we were there but Cameron was quick to respond and resolve. I really felt he genuinely wanted us to have a great experience and he took care of us quickly.

Great spot!

Older building, Cute Unit

The Coral Cay condo buildings were older and set back a bit from beach with a nice wooden boardwalk right to beach through dunes. The 2 story had 2 bedrooms upstairs that were cute, updated with new finishes and decor and plenty of room for my family of 4. The small kitchen had all we needed. We ate most meals on balcony which could have been cleaner but the sound of waves, and birds made it a wonderful stay. . We used the pool closest to beach it was Ok. Overall great stay!

Perfect place for a family beach weekend

We loved our stay at the condo. It was quiet but still close enough to the action in town. We took our golf cart to Coffee Waves daily, hinted for hermit crabs and saw beautiful sunrises every morning. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice place

The condo was as described. Initially we had troubles finding it because we arrived n the dark. Once we found it, all was good! The units have numbers but the buildings are not marked. This is not an issue for the condo owner, but rather a heads-up for future visitors! Ocean sunrise view from the condo is gorgeous. A walk to the beach is short. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.

Great Place to Spend Time

This place was great. Clean, comfortable and had all we needed for a long weekend at the beach! The beds and the furniture were comfortable and the views of the ocean were awesome! Location was great as well. Easy walk to the beach for evening walks. The owners were very responsive and great at communicating with us. We had a great time.

Perfect little getaway

Harper’s Haven was a charming condo with the perfect location. We loved the modern, beach decor and the views were incredible. Our children were so excited to be so close to the beach and we enjoyed the private access/walkway to the beach as well. The fact that the primary bedroom had its own balcony was a great surprise. The only thing is we wish the condo had a washer/dryer or that the property laundry facilities had easier access. We will definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us!

Great place for a long weekend!

We stayed at Harper’s Haven Wednesday- Sunday and really enjoyed it! We have two children ages 5,7. The stairs really worried me at first but there are gates on both the top and bottom on the stairs. The layout of the condo is perfect! The beds are super comfortable and decorated so cute! The only thing that could make this place better is a washer and dryer in the condo that guest can use! Will definitely come back!

Let me start by stating, the property is amazing. My family LOVED our short stay. While I hate to do this, I must be honest. I was not able to check-in on the day I was supposed to (my birthday). Apparently the staff, dead bolted the front door, making it inaccessible. After hours of attempts at reaching Cameron, I was unsuccessful that evening. Two hours on the phone with VRBO, I was put up in a nearby hotel. Cameron reached out to me in the middle of the night, I was asleep (he had been travelling all day). I called him as soon as I woke up, he immediately answered and expressed his apologies and refunded my stay immediately. Cameron still allowed us to visit the unit as soon as his staff was able to unlock the condo, which was shortly after our phone call. This issue was a timing issue mixed with an unfortunate circumstance. My luck, I guess. Cameron made sure the remainder of our stay was impeccable, and it was. By no means should anyone think twice about staying at this beautiful gem. I may have been an example to the future expectations in service and I have no doubt, Cameron will fully serve his guests. I will definitely be visiting again, sooner than later. Thank you so much, Cameron, for fixing the issue, and letting my family enjoy the remainder of our stay. I hope to do business with you again.

Super cute + location

Very clean, cute decor, several plusses as in ample amenities though short on washcloths (end of season). Nonetheless, wasn't expecting shampoos, soaps and lotions or coffees or paper towels or trash bags, so that was very nice that they were provided. Bedrooms are cute and roomy, plenty of layers to make it just right. Comfy mattresses. Cute kitchenware. Signs are up to help figure out where things are. Having Netflix was a plus for us as we avoided the midday sun. Nice view of the dunes and Gulf and easy pathway to beach. Pool was decent. It seems the internet provider has changed a lot as we found conflicting information, but eventually found the right combo of service and pw. I would recommend this condo. Ability to climb stairs is a must. 5 stars
