It features 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2.5 baths, located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a private, fishing-friendly patio on the water. Amenities include smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, AC, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and 110 feet of waterfront access.

    The property is in a nice and peaceful private neighborhood at the end of the cul-de-sac. The house provides great lighting for entertainment on the patios, a well-lit stairwell, and a driveway. It's located in Rockport, Texas, with saltwater fishing and 110 feet of waterfront from the back patio.

    The Turtle Room has a king bed, smart TV, and an adjacent bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a lit defogger mirror. The Crabby Room features a queen bed, smart TV, and thoughtful touches. The Whale Room includes a full-size trundle bed, desk, and a nearby half bath for convenience.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Leave dirty towels hanging in the bathroom on towel hooks. Turn off fishing lights & Clean outdoor grill Roll the trash bin on the ground level to the street. Return games/puzzles to original place.

Turn OFF inside fans, TVs, fishing lights & indoor radio. Leave the ON carport & outside ceiling fans on low. Ensure the range/stove is turned off and the display does NOT read Stovetop on & hot.

Lock the sliding back glass door and exit through the yellow front door. Set the thermostat to 78 degrees for cooling/65 degrees for heating before leaving.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Parking Guidelines - Guests can park on the concrete at or in front of the house. Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited. Due to septic system.

Patios, Bulkhead, Piers - All children 17 years and younger must be supervised by an adult when on the patios or near the water.

Quiet Hours - Observed from 11 pm to 8 am daily. This is to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

Waterfront oasis

We all had such a great time. The house was beautiful and fully accommodating for our family. The patios are amazing and offer good views. Would definitely recommend!
