- Gated Boat Parking! Beach Dreams 2 is a new build 2 bed/2 bath, with a queen pull out couch and memory foam mattress. All three rooms have streaming, there is one full bath and one walk in shower, a full kitchen, and onsite laundry. It is 10 mins. from the beach, and a few blocks from Dimmit Fishing Pier and Black Diamond Oyster Bar. It's located in an established neighborhood outside NASCC which is being revitalized. The yard is fenced and has a BBQ and corn hole.
